Gboliwe: He is young and a non-Igala, those are the only things that mean anything to me on this. Kogi deserves a break from the Igala oppressors. We all deserve a young sharp brain in authority. Finally, Kogites don't deserve all these recycled politicians.
Even though I wish him well as he governs his people, I do know it's never going to be an easy one for him. What with all the court cases he will be fighting? maybe it's safe to call your over-domineering igbo kin 'oppressors too since they have held the igalas in their midsr down for too long. Blind hag! |

rhymaster: Then you are an idiot, a big one! This has to be because iboz have no respect for their elders and always wake up their fathers with a sliding tackle early in the morning. He will be tried for treason and all the prosecution needs is to show the video evidence floating around on Youtube / Nairaland in the US asking for guns, for weapons, his recorded hate speech on radio and it is proven that it is him in the videos. After that, he must be convicted and sentenced to firing squad execution! Even Benjamin Onwuka will be better than him in this case! Stoopid beaterners! |

We never play politics of religion in Igala land. We love ourselves, anyone can represent /rule us irrespective of religion affiliation.
Agba oma iyye mi. Ola nee'. as if all Igala people did not cry when Stephen Achema, an Igala Christian died. To cap it all, attah is a traditionalist. If Igala play religion, ocholi won't enjoy their total support. |
Politics › Re: APC To Conduct Fresh Primary In Kogi by BALLOSKI: 8:28pm On Nov 24, 2015 |
Acidosis: I'm from Kogi state. I can tell you that over 90% of Igala people hate Okun tribe and the Ebira people.
An Average Igala man will give his mandate to a STONE with Igala origin before considering the Okuns and the Ebiras.
They have the Minister, They have Wada, They had Audu. They've ruled for 16 years, Okun man ruled for 3 months, Ebira man 0 second.
Whoever nominates another Igala gubernatorial candidate in Kogi state will drop dead mysteriously! His or Her death would be gladly celebrated by ME.
The era of born to rule is over. It is either they shift the mantle to Faleke or Yahaya Bello (Ebira). what do u know? Field an Igala-igala ticket and it'll fly. Igala is being fair by giving you the seat of deputy governor. You don't know what Igala people went through in plateau, Kwara and Benue. |

wiseoneking: igalas will say over their dead body for an okun man to be governor. Okun people are the most oppressed people in kogi state. Ebirra violence nature has help them calm the political domineering of the igalas. Igalas are almost 50% 65% of the population. It would actually be opportunity for Falaeke. I doubt it. fixed! Igalas are just being fair to other tribes in the state, and that's why you can come here and cry 'oppression '. They can field an Igala-igala ticket and, it will fly. |
Politics › Re: Who Amongst These APC Candidates Should Replace Audu In The Dec 5 Supp Polls? by BALLOSKI: 7:25pm On Nov 24, 2015 |
donphilopus: I would have suggested that Yahaya Bello replaces him. But he's from Kogi Central and the Igalas would hardly vote (for) him. It would be better if APC conducts another Primaries and open door for new Aspirants like Jubrin Isah Echocho. Aside the late Audu, that's the only man who I feel can stand Wada in Igala land. you just seem to know a lot about Kogi politics. There must be some connection between Ebira and igara or igara and Igala. |

efilefun: No politician should be celebrated, he was given the mandate by his people to do this, but if truly he stole from this same people who gave him the mandate, then he and others like him are criminals and would be judged accordingly by the Almighty.
But OP why did he handover the cement factory to Dangote?? Was it sold or what cuz I don't really understand that part this why you should go and find out why Dangote is conniving with Ibrahim Idris to frustrate Audu from coming back to the government house. The percentage they negotiated to come to Kogi state government is not followed and this is what Ibrahim Idris benefitted from. Audu didn't steal from kogites. |

Politics › Re: The Death Of Prince Abubakar Audu And The Legal Implications By Festus Keyamo by BALLOSKI: 9:49am On Nov 23, 2015 |
dustmalik: Well, in this case, there is no position on this matter, either in the electoral act or constitution. The right thing to do is for Inec or the AGF to approach the supreme court directly and asked it to make a pronouncement on this particular case. yeah! The supreme court might tilt towards the provision of the electoral act more in their judgment cos it seems to be less ambigous here. |

This is not the way to go. I dont support tribal politics, but it's unfair to treat igala like this- you don't treat a people to have this kind of mindset towards a certain candidate; igala now believe their own was killed to pave way for an okun man despite the fair way they have treated okun that's less in influence than ebira. You all know what happened to gej when the north held such belief against him after the death of yaradua. |
