Well, in my own case since January 2023 I have been receiving over a million to 3m in my account, though sometimes I do receive 3k naira self, so far sha I have received huge amount of transactions in the last 3 months. Like Feb 2023 I had 7m transfered to my account from sales of property, and I move 4m from my other bank too, plus another 8m from a sales of property just this week. Pls I Nedd u guys to give me advise if those amounts are lump sum abi how should I explain those transactions in my SOP, I beg ooo. God will crown our efforts all. What is ur opening balance? How often do u receive this millions? If once in a month, then it’s a lump sum. If up to twice a week then it’s not, but u will have to explain the sources of ur income to warrant such huge deposits. |

sudo1986: Hello guys, if you are requested to send additional document at the same time requested for medical examination, can you attach your upfront medical along with the requested document?
Will this cause any issue, or one should just send the required document alone?
Note: this person already sent the medical result through the webform to Nairobi. He was asking if he can attach the same medical results with the requested document. U can include it. No issues |

zubizareta: One more question, what if the new school is in a different province entirely. Will that also fly? Because on the tracker, destination of the study permit is showing Ontario. What if the new school is in a different province all together?? I don’t think it should matter. Ur visa gets u into Canada, and u can reside or move freely anywhere in Canada, and ur SP issued u at PoE does not necessarily carry a location. Example; Some pple get their SP at Toronto/Montreal PoE nd they school in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Albert. Etc |

zubizareta: Sorry I am lost. Are you talking about updated LOA from the second school or the first school that I initially used to apply for the permit.
Are you saying when I get into Canada, you just enroll with the new school and send their LOA to irrc? What of the school that I used their LOA to come to Canada. Wouldn't they write to irrc to Complain? What I just said is simple nd clear. Enroll in d school of ur choice, send d LOA from d new school nd every student documents to IRCC via web form. U have a study permit to study in Canada, it is not limited to a particular school, but however if u do so before u enter Canada, u must obtain a new SP. as long as u are in Canada, ur only obligation to IRCC is to study, regardless of d institution, but u have to notify em, so they will keep an updated record of u. |

Can expected funds from employer that confirming the continuation of employee salary during his studies can be counted as funds available?
Lastly, if sponsor wanted to support someone with $2,000 usd monthly during studies can also be counted as a available fund?
Urgent please The answer to both questions is YES. But u need to explain this in ur SOP, convincingly and possibly with good evidence |

Then relax and see the magic.

Tobe1960: Hello everyone, please I am new here, I have been following this thread, my First application got denied early this year, Conestoga College Ontario, Program -Health care Administration &Service Management My first Degree-Industrial Chemistry Reasons for denial- I am refusing. your application. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: • Your proposed length of stay in Canada is inconsistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. • Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). • The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. I requested for GCms note on the 23 of March 2023 and they are still yet to send it. Please I am about to re-apply again, I need help with list of documents I can summit to reapply, I would also like to to get more information on how to go about it please, I would also appreciate if I can also be referred to a good agent also. i will be looking out for your kind response please. koolnonie: I explained that he has been working and attached one of his payslips with his bank statement. For home ties I got study leave from my work place and I'm leaving my kids and husband .COR is Nigeria. Decision was gotten within 20days
Was the actual source of the funds explained in the SOP? If the fund is from his business or job, I guess his payslips/bank statement/business evidence/receipt should suffice. If it's from the sale of property, the document/receipt/contract agreement. Alternatively, keep the funds for four-six months to build the opening balance and give VO assurance.
For the home ties, a number of people here have addressed that, you can read through the threads. Which country of residence (COR) is the visa officer referring to? Nigeria? or are you based outside Nigeria like me?
Also, how long did it take you to get a decision if you don't mind? Thanks Is his salary commensurate with the lump sum? For example. Someone can not be earning 200k monthly nd u claim d person dash u 20m. It must have taken him 10yrs to save it. Which is very unrealistic. That’s just an example! |

nnamdi346: Please guys does this suggest that the eligibility review has started? Yes. As a matter of fact eligibility check starts immediately after biometrics, soon as a VO is on ur application. It goes on till ur passport is stamped. i.e even after PPR eligibility check is still on, till a final decision is made which is stamping or ur passport! All the best! |
