Obafemi389: I have my company paid for my tuition deposit CAD8000
Should I make them transfer me 7m for my living expenses and outstanding tuition balance with gift deed to back it up?
Or I should use the company statement direct?
Which of this two will give me better chance of approver?
Is there any ST Clair college admitted student WhatsApp group available? No u don’t need a gift deed. It’s ur company sponsoring u so all u need is a letter attesting to that fact most importantly signed by at least 2 directors or d sole director nd secretary and bank statement with reference letter from bank. U have a good chance nd u don’t have a problem at all |

What can I do to correct this. Can an affidavit be used or should a new one be requested? Please what can I do to correct it VOs don’t have any business with that. What they are concerned with is if d company is genuine and legally registered. Make una nodeh worry for irrelevant things ah! |

nk: First time asking, being a silent member and learning. My questions are: 1.How much is enough as POF for a family of 4 going for one year program. I am confused on the minimum amount to have in my bank statement. 2. My husband and his brother are my sponsors, is it necessary I have a substantial amount of money in bank account being the primary applicant? Thank you 1. It depends on ur tuition fee, but if ur tuition fee is sumwhr around 15k u will need up to 55kcad that’s almost 20m. But a lot of factors com to play whr u have a sponsor. i is it a company acct or personal account frm sponsor? ii ur spouse who’s ur primary sponsor is he going with u? If yes he needs to have way more than enough to show he can take care of his family without working, even though it’s work permit visa they will grant him. 2. No u don’t need to have substantial amount in ur account, but ur sponsors will have to show commitment by helpin u pay part or all of ur tuition, send u money for d one year living expenses. By family if 4 do u mean yr husband who is d primary sponsor is going with u? |

Iyere2023: Hello everyone, please I will like someone to enlighten me on COMMON LAW PARTNER. I am already processing my MSc in Canada west and I also want to bring along my common law partner and 2kids I have been separated from my wife for over 8years and being with my common law partner for the past 3years. My divorce case is in process but not sure it will be over before I leave for my studies. Can I still apply for my common law partner and 2kids to join me? Even with the divorce case in process?
Please I really need help on this. Thank you I don’t think u need to mention about ur dissolving marriage, no one will know and they won’t start finding out if u been married before, they are too busy for that. Just state u have a common law partner nd provide evidence, as for the kids just say they were born out of wedlock before u met the woman who captured ur heart and turned u to a responsible man, and ever since then u have been loyal and faithful to your wife and been a great father to ur kids (becuz u will need to attach their birth certificates). It might sound funny but the VOs are human, and they understand this things especially about Africans. This will help nd will not complicate ur matter. If u start mentioning divorce it will very much complicate ur matter. They will not go and be asking around if u have ever been married bro, they no get that time. Just finish work for ur SOP and tidy ur POF and hometies. I tell u, u got no issue man! |

favored11: Thanks I thought about that as an option but I was wondering if the official may consider that a red flag since with my over 6 Years work experience I should have the major funds and not rely solely on my brother for the total POF U can receive a gift from anyone regardless of ur financial status. There is no red flag anywhr, good thing is he’s ur brother. Do gift deed it’s ur best shot |

Leetwho: Dear ALL,
Please I need someone to guide me through the study permit process for my wife she has been offered admission to study at Sheridan college, I have filled the study permit form for her online but yet to submit. Having gone through this thread I have ideas of documents to use to support my application. But I am confused about the application for open work permit and open study permit for my daughters.
I will be glad if anyone here can guide me on this.
Thanks,
Leetwho What exactly is your question now? Just ask what u wanna know. Spouse open work permit (SOWP) is for a spouse only nd study permit or visiting visa for kids, depending on their age. |

KosiSoma: Hello guys, Please those who applied together as family, how long did it take to get biometrics letter for the family members.
I submitted my application two days ago, I applied together with my spouse, I’m the primary applicant and my biometrics letter have been sent early yesterday but have not received for my spouse.
Please do they usually send the letter together or how long it took for the spouse or other family members to get the biometrics letter?.
Is it ideal to start sending mails to them now regarding the letter?
Please your responses will be much appreciated. It’s supposed to come together, mine came together. But too early to be sending mails now. Just chill it will come surely in a couple of days. |

Maria96: uber eats with bicycle or electric bike is there they should go do that one. There are many fast food stores, grocery stores etc looking for staff. What kind of job did you think will be available to students in the first place. Many students came to Canada with borrowed funds and showing proof of funds. Now they are crying. You better endure and wait for better days. After all no one forced you to apply. Lolz 😂 |

Mamaoseme33: Thanks for your response. The thing is the fee for that 1yr is 27k + 12k living expenses which all together is 39k CAD . It's incredibly expensive ooo should I forget Canada? Or are there other cheap colleges I can apply to, to start September? Yes there are other cheaper colleges or universities. |
