Technology Market / Re: This Thread Is Only For Aliexpress Shopper by BannedUser: 8:58pm On May 20
I ordered Anker Soundcore Motion+ from the ANKER Official Store on AliExpress on April 19. It was shipped via Singapore Post, and the total transit duration was 31 days. For some reason, the store only ships to Nigeria with SG post . Anyways, I successfully received the shipment today at my local Post Office and paid a collection fee of just #500 with payment receipt collected. The lazy PO workers initially refused to attend to me because I did not receive a call before coming, but I insisted on collecting it today because my tracking had already confirmed the arrival at their office. They no just get any excuse. My location is outside Lagos.

WITH CRYPTO IT HAS GONE VIRAL AS A DANGEROUS VIRTUAL VIRUS YOU CAN NEVER TAME B4 IT DESTROYS YOUR ECONOMY.THAT IS WHY BINANCE HEAD IN NIGERIA REFUSED ACCESS TO THEIR REVORDS. THE USA AND CHINA KNOW THIS BETTER THAN YOU MINIONS THAT ARE ALWAYS RANTING HERE angry

You are the one ranting and shouting. Why is it only Binance you like to mention. USA citizens trade crypto freely with Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood, etc. Chinese citizens also trade crypto via Hong Kong. You cannot stop crypto trading, and that is a fact. You are just shouting without making any meaningful contribution.

CRYPTO IS A MONSTER TO ANY COUNTRY THAT DOESN'T HAVE THE HITECH TO REGULATE THE MENACE THERE. EVEN THE HITECH COUNTRIES LIKE USA AND CHINA CHASED AWAY AND BANNED BINANCE FOR OBVIOUS FEARS OF DESTROYING THEIR ECONONIES WITH FLOW OF ILLICIT FUNDS TO BUY CRYPTOS,DRUG MONIES,SCAMM DEALS,FRAUD RACKETEERS ,THIS DESTROYS ECONOMIESangry
Has anybody told you that writing in block letters on social media is the written equivalent of shouting, which irritating and rude. The problem is not Binance. Simply allowing banks and fintechs to provide services to all crypto exchanges will prevent all this drama. This is what all other countries that have some form of crypto regulation are doing. Crypto regulation does not require advanced technology. Banning interaction with banks encourages P2P trading which fosters fraud, crime and money laundering.

It's not difficult to ask Google my friend. This was in 2022

LOL! What does your screenshot tell you? Does it say that Russia has a nuclear weapon in space? It specifically said that "The satellite that was launched doesn't carry a nuclear weapon". Hope you can read and comprehend?

Guy, you have access to the internet and you are still making these false claims. Where exactly did you read that Russia has a nuclear weapon in space. I almost feel stupid for answering you.

Are u aware Russia already has a nuclear weapon equivalent of an EMP in space that can fry all electronic gadgets within specific regions. If they can target d constellation of space x satellites in orbit, what are ur decentralized servers going to do to stop them?
U think decentralized is immune to all attacks, nothing built by man is immune to attack in a warfare scenario.
You just made several untrue and false assertions. I don't have the time to lecture you. You still have a long way to go. LoL.

The Federal Government has announced plans to delist the naira from all peer-to-peer (P2P) platforms.

The Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Emomotimi Agama, made this disclosure in a virtual meeting with blockchain stakeholders on Monday.

This decision aims to tackle the manipulation of the local currency’s value in the foreign exchange market.

Bitcoin is the biggest ponzi scheme the world has ever seen. There is no product or service being rendered but huge amount of electricity is consumed to make the Bitcoin. No value whatsoever is added to the human experience

Naira, USD and other fiat currencies have infinite supply and will continue to lose value forever and ever. They are actually backed by nothing but trust in the government that issues the fiat currency. Bitcoin is limited in supply unlike fiat. It is secure, decentralized, unhackable and cannot be easily confiscated. A thousand years from now when everyone currently alive (and even countries) are no more, bitcoin will continue to exist.

BTW BTC does not care about what you or I think about it.

Una never see anything! All these lazy youths depending on P2P for survival. The idiots would buy USDT and keep it for resell or pump USDTNGN through their cartel and cash out.

Economy destroyers (P2P merchants) must be destroyed before they achieve their aim.

If you want to speculate, don't speculate against your own currency! There are hundreds of assets to speculate with. No, they wouldn't, because they aren't ready to pass through the pains of trading financial instruments.

What a lazy generation we have these days! They're both physically and mentally lazy; they don't want to work hard too achieve success.

Olodo! If you are now asked to explain how P2P trading has contributed to the collapse of the naira, you will start chewing the end of your pencil. Brain-dead assertion!

The economy has collapsed and you're busy looking for scapegoats.

You must be kidding if you think you can be lazy and make money in crypto. I've made millions in crypto trading but I had to sweat for two years before I started becoming profitable.

You keep on saying it's ponzi the same way people have been calling bitcoin since it was less than $1 in 2009. But today, Blackrock, the world's largest asset manager, with $10 trillion in assets is now offering bitcoin to its clients.

The CBN enabling Act empowers the CBN to determine the legal tender. Since the CBN has said crypto is illegal, let them catch you trading it. You will suffer more than Nnamdi Kanu.

CBN can not ban crypto trading . It is impossible. We have entered a dispensation where you don't even need a bank account to hold money. BTC, USDT, ETH, USDC, etc... is bigger than the Nigerian govt.

Go and ask China. They tried to ban it but they couldn't.

Even Singaporean banks now trade crypto

Business / Binance Exec's Wife Denies Report Of Extradition To Nigeria by BannedUser: 12:44pm On Apr 23

The wife of Nadeem Anjarwalla, an executive at Binance who was caught in the crypto exchange's scuffle with Nigeria, has denied reports of his arrest in Kenya and subsequent extradition back to Nigeria.
Nigerian authorities have found Anjarwalla in Kenya and are working with Kenyan authorities to bring the executive back to the country, Nigeria’s Daily Post reported last week, citing government sources. Nigerian newspaper The Punch reported on Monday, citing unnamed government sources, that Anjarwalla could be returned to Nigeria within the week via the international criminal police organization (INTERPOL).
However, a spokesperson for Anjarwalla's wife has dismissed the Punch report of his arrest as false.
CoinDesk has reached out to INTERPOL, Kenya’s foreign ministry and Nigeria’s police force for comment.

Anjarwalla was detained alongside another Binance executive, Tigran Gambaryan, in February, as Nigerian authorities accused the crypto exchange of manipulating the local exchange rate, tax evasion and money laundering.
Anjarwalla, a British-Kenyan dual national, reportedly fled the country in March using a concealed Kenyan passport. Gambaryan, still in Nigeria, pleaded not guilty to money laundering charges during an April court appearance.

UPDATE (April 22, 13:10 UTC): Updates headline and story with the statement from a spokesperson for Anjarwalla's wife.

Everybody knows that Shariah Law is a farce that is meant to subdue the poor. We all saw the wife of a Saudi Prince or something in a tight minigown. A poor woman in the same dress would be stoned to death.

The system works so well because the poor would even police themselves.

What is actually this battle between crypto and the govt ...or better still, crypto exchanges and governments ?

Crypto itself is decentralized and outside the control of any government in the world, so they can only go after exchanges that are controlled by people who basically act as middlemen.
But the reality is that crypto doesn't even need exchanges.

The document also alleged that KuCoin “took advantage of the sizeable US customer base to become one of the world’s largest exchanges, describing the development as a “criminal conspiracy”.

This is the best time for the Federal Government of Nigeria to extend same measures it adopted against Binance to other crypto exchanges still operating in Nigeria. That will make it not to be seen as selective justice. This platforms are modern day daylight heist!

There's a reason the US is going after each of them now and may soon enough collect all the money from these guys before these criminals flee and/or declare bankruptcy!

FG must quickly and immediately sue all the crypto exchanges for Tax evasion!
May God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!

Nigeria has already set a bad example with how they handled Binance. They will not see a 1 kobo from the lots of crypto exchanges Nigerians still use steadily. They won't even bother to open a local office in this country.
