There may be several reasons:

1. Your name doesn't look real and/ or isn't exactly the same name on your payment card.
2. AliExpress sometimes automatically declines payments for new users or infrequent shoppers. In this case, you can try using the card again or submit an appeal.

There's no first class, second class, etc. title in US universities. They use only numbers and that's all. We copied our university grading system from the UK. 3.0/4.0 is equivalent to a first class in a Nigerian university.

From the revelation about Tinubu today, we all can now conclude that we have an illegitimate and unqualified president.
