I said I won't reply messages here but this is an exception. I laugh when you think is only price action that works in binary options lol, this is not forex, like someone mentioned in earlier thread that he/ she knows sometimes the candle that will come next. This is true, because binary options is just a yes or no thing with the least trade been 5 ticks. Now during consolidation I can bet you 100% that if you follow up/down You will reach your target for the day I.e if a bull candle appears, place the next candle bear, vice versa. This is just one strategy. Now bro PA works same as indicators, you just have to find which works for you. I can't use PA because that's wasting of time. I use the donchian channel indicator, hit my target of 6 trades then I close shop. I can Also use moving averages indicators with a little bit of martingale and I can never lose. people that did biometric in July has not been paid till date. The entire Gokana Lga ppsb and ube Rivers state has not been paid till date from march , 2016

I was waiting at the SSSB yesterday for info from the director of payroll, as a fallout of the meeting they had with the ministry of finance concerning the delayed salaries. He said the people who are yet to receive their salaries particularly those who filled the incidence form have other issues. He explained that there are no amount figures in their pay column and as such that prevented their payment even as their colleagues in other schools or those who did not fill the incidence form have been paid. He further said, the ICT department is compiling the incidence form people's list to send to the ministry of finance for them to input salary amount figures and then forward it to the Governor for approval before it will return for onward processing to the banks and then payment. I strongly suggest that all those people who filled the incidence forms should proceed to the ministry of finance latest Monday next week as a group or by schools to mount pressure and follow up on the process so u don't get paid with the pensioners in 3 months time. Avoid stories that touch...

babe don't panic.. did u fill incidence form wen u did ur biometric? if yes DAT means we are in d same shoe.. on Fri wen phalga zenith received alert, d whole of my schl css nkpogu did not receive Nd so we went to min of finance today Nd we were referred back to d biometric venue were they told us not to panic that we will b paid with d last batch cos of d incidence form we filled.. but if only u in ur schl is not paid, that means u HV to go to d min Nd find out why.

Does that mean those that are getting alert are those that did not fill the incidence form? Can anyone who got alert confirm this?
