Guys, please help. I noticed my delta 2 charges below the set charging speed (when using either generator or nepa). I understand the charging current is usually not exact. It would fluctuate but it would either be a bit lower or higher than the limit.

I set the speed to 200w and it charges below 100w. What can be the cause?

Have u gotten ur item? I'm having similar issue. Mine has been stuck since Dec 18 and no calls yet n can't even reach the delivery courier on the number provided.

My item has been stuck here since 16th of Dec...i have sent a mail to speedaf no reply...i have called their customer service...they told me it's still at the distribution center whereas it has been scanned for delivery... The courier guy to deliver the package number has been switched off since they updated the tracking details.... Make them no go return my package if dem no want make i cry ooo

My 75 days Buyer's Protection Period ends on September 29.

Please did you wait till after your buyer's protection period before you opened dispute and how long did it take before you got credited?

You see the problem with returned parcels due to "refusal of collection by recipient" (either deliberate refusal or assumed refusal) is that you get to forfeit the shipping amount when refund is made.

Check my screen shots below for the item that I eventually won the dispute for. The return wasn't my fault but that of NIPOST that failed to contact me since June that it arrived Nigeria.



So thankfully I got a favourable arbitration for the two items in dispute - first a parcel that appear wasn't even shipped at all by the seller cos there was no tracking update and a second parcel that arrived since June but wasn't delivered to me and eventually AE claimed was returned even though the Post Office has no inkling of the eventual fate of that item when I made enquiries about it and even gave 'em the tracking number; such inefficient lot they are.

Unfortunately, the item that was returned means that I will forfeit the shipping fee while the cost price of the item will be refunded to me.

The refund is complete and my account got credited yesterday and today (for the two items); GTB

So I got an update that my parcel will be returned. I wasn't called or texted by the PO and everytime I reached out to them, they respond that they do not have record of my item.

Please do I open dispute now or wait till after 75 days?

Same thing with the Q30 I ordered for since July 17. I'm tempted to open dispute already.

I reached out to the PO via email and response is they don't have record of my item with them. Tracked via 17track and discovered EDI wasn't sent to Nigeria.

What's the way forward like this?

Last update for below item was 9 days ago and looks like it's taking abnormal time to be despatched overseas. I was thinking I should be able to track item till it leaves country of origin.

As expected, the item arrived my local PO today, 01/03. Thereafter, I got a called from the postmistress about it arrival. Unfortunately, I wasn't around to pick it up. I'll do that tomorrow.

I can't believe my eyes! My order of 26/11/2020 finally arrived destination country today. The order was despatched on 07/12 and has spent about 90 days in transit. I'd already given up on it, waiting for the expiration of the BPP, which ends tomorrow @2pm, and then open dispute to get my refund, only for me to get a tracking update this evening about its arrival. Hopefully, others will follow suit
