Nayandupu, pls doc,I have this SEVERE PHOBIA for LOUD Sounds like gunshots,'knockouts',local canon shots Igbos normally used during burial,it may sound Not serious but I am suffering!i don't enjoy festive season,I am always depressed that period,even wen I lost my close relative I could not properly attend because of the local boom sound igbos normally use during burial,I don't know wat to do,I feel so different and bittered.people don't seem to understand the effect it has on me and I don't know wat to do about this?pls Doc how can I overcome my fear that is tarnishing my person?
