lols, if a chipset used on a phone is quick charged supported, the manufacturer of the phone has to allow the fast charging of a thing but in this instance, fast charging is not supported on all the 3 redmi 4 series despite the chipset supporting it, the fast charging you are getting ins not qualcom quick charge 2.0 or 3.0, the charger is just able to supply upto 10watts of charge (5V,2A) as opposed to d stock charger
