People are actually expecting to see the list. I believe it will soon be out.

False information is very rampart. I was shortlisting candidates to fill a particular position for a client. The suitable age range for the position was clearly specified in the advert. I found out that a large number of applicants adjusted their age to suit the job specifications. By the time I called them that they should quickly tell me their age before shortlisting, the responses I got was something else. Is it possible to forget one's birthday? Nairalanders can do justice to this.

Thanks to them for responding

It's actually difficult but it's do-able. First of all, I will like you to discuss the matter with your boss in the office and solicit for his support. I believe each organization has policy on staff training and development. See how you can align your goal with that of your establishment. With the new promotion, the bank will definitely expect more from you. So, this is not the time to lag behind in your work schedules. Possibly, if you can postpone the Masters degree till the time your organization can allow you. Delay does not mean denial. But I am talking about the reality of things now. You can also re-arrange your priority. You can consider going into marriage as two good head are always better than one. If you have a good wife, you will discover that some of the things that take your time can be handled by your wife. You are very ambitious and I like you for that. But please, do the right thing at the right time so that the ones that are already good will not be jeopardized. Prioritization and right timing will make a difference. Wishing the best!

What is happening at GTBank? I have been reading about different legal issue against the bank. I hope they won't bring this bank down. If it is processes, GTBank should look inward and sanitize.

Nigerians can actually earn big from online business. Imagine if one million Nigerians earns like $100 every month(this is just a benchmark), we'll be having inflow of $100,000,000 (which is like estimated N20,000,000,000) flowing into our economy every month. I don't know why our government is not looking at this direction to empower our youths. You discover some of the payment platforms through which one can receive money have not yet opened their gates to Nigerians. It is not spending our money to buy things abroad that we need. Nigerians should be able to earn reasonable income online.

Igbo people are known for entrepreneurship and I respect them for that. Everyone is relevant but nobody is indispensable.

May God help the people in this category. It's never their own making. Therefore, we need to support and encourage them. With God nothing shall be impossible. My prayer is that, it shall turn to them a testimony. Cheers!

You need to first of all understand and analyse your markets and the type of product or service you render. If you sell a commodity product or you offer a service in a highly competitive market, it may be difficult for you to increase your price without losing customers. But if your service is a specialized one or you offer a unique service, then you can increase your price. Also, you need to understand that pricing can be a perception of the worth of your service. If you price yourself cheap, they may believe that your service is of less quality. If you are sure of the quality of the service you render, I will advise that you put a premium on your service and this should reflect in your pricing. But if someone can easily get the same thing of the same quality somewhere else, increasing your price will not pay. Another dimension to it is that, even though you offer quality service, if you are just starting out, you may not be able to charge the same way the "Big Boys" will charge. You need to start from somewhere else. You need to adopt penetrating price. When you start having reference of satisfied clients, then you can start charging more. You mentioned that one sales can offset the period of low sales if you charge high price. There are other factors you need to consider (both qualitatively and quantitatively). Charging high means less customers. You don't spend your time servicing large customer's base. You have time for other things like idea generations, product development, market research etc. On the other hands, if you charge less, you may enjoy more patronages but it can amount to 'activity without productivity'. Nevertheless, this method will help you grow your references. But you need to know when to start charging appropriately before they tag you 'cheap'. In summary, instead of charging cheap, charge them your normal price and then offer them special discount. This will make them appreciate you the more. For further information. I suggest you read as many articles you can from the link provided below: http://www.businessinfohub.com/category/sales-marketing/pricing/ |
