What is the due process in disarming someone?

That only due process is surprise. That is it.

Due process is to order him to submit his weapon at the armoury. If he disobeys a direct command, then that is insubordination. You don't disarm him by physical assault.

The steps to take to take any advantage of this nelfund is tedious.

You first need an nin, jamb profile code, write the exam and pass, register for postutme, pass the exam, gain admission before you can apply.

Unless you have access to the backends og their servers OR nelfund institution itself makes fraudulent transactions to private accounts.

Else, it’s too tedious to cheat the system if you ask me.

Moreover, it's just 20k monthly that gets to the student, school fees are paid directly to the schools.
That's not enough motivation to commit fraud

Shikini:
Buhari handed down $35.09b to Thiefņubu in May 2023, so what's the big deal?

With a lot of Forex debts especially to international airlines, these Forex debts have been cleared and we have still grown our external reserves.

That is a positive, a step in the right direction.

Yaya Toure should be above Didier Drogba. Drogba never won AFCON and Yaya did, Yaya won more league titles too and more African player of the year awards. Yaya could do anything on the field of play. He was a marvel, a wrecking ball

The young man and his colleagues defamed Fashola, the judges of the supreme court on the PEPT.
Not just that, his publication could have caused a national tragedy, if people had taken to the streets to protest the verdict of the PEPT. He should be tried for trying to cause anarchy in the country.

mrvitalis:

Lol after subsidy removal? Lmaooo APC propaganda

We are paying more subsidy now than we have ever paid... And we are also paying more for petrol now than we have ever paid

Divide those allocation by the exchange rate the u know states are getting far less

For the unfortunate people quoting me to talk rubbish here it is

Nigeria sells crude and earns in dollars that the bulk of revenue

This dollar was sold at official rate to Cbn thats 450 per dollar

Now naira has devalued official rate is 1500 which is over 3 times the previous rate.. Plus we supposedly stopped playing over 1 trillion per month in subsidy

So the revenue should be 3 to 4 times the figures before may 29ths if we actually removed subsidy

It's not rocket science

Are you not aware that they have been borrowing to pay for fuel subsidies. The only savings from subsidy removal is that they stopped borrowing and owing NNPC. There is no money being saved anywhere from subsidy removal.

Yes absolutely most expenses are in dollars

I disagree, almost all their recurrent expenditures are salaries and are in Naira, most of their capital projects too are Roads and other form of constructions which should be at least 60% Naira. The USD component of their expenditures will be procurements (that cannot be sourced locally), foreign loan debt servicing and maybe estacodes.
Politics / Re: Soldiers Tricked Us Into A Hall Then Opened Fire, Okuama Residents Speak by Baselm: 7:12am On Mar 20
This sounds like a cooked up story. No timeline to tell if it was before or after the killing of the soldiers.
If it was after, it only makes sense the soldiers demanded chiefs to follow them to ensure they don't get ambushed at the water front like they were ambushed and killed earlier and the refusal is a matter of life and death for them.

There is nothing so special here until we are privy to the Memorandum of Understanding between Abia State Government & Cranburg Construction. That is the document that will list all the roads to be constructed with the money. There is no law forbidding a private organization, such as Cranburg to approach its bankers for facility to execute a contract. If Access Bank finds her customer, Cranburg Construction credit worthy, then public opinion holds no sway

That OOPL where the event is holding is a product of greed while you were president. Fayose revealed how all the governors were all made to donate.
There are still records of how you selfishly wanted to amend the constitution to remove term limits, bribing legislators in the process, so you can be president forever.
If you have another life, practice what you preach

I've always said this woman and the removed minister of power Saleh will bring the most embarrassment to the Buhari administration after they leave. NPOWER payments became chaotic the moment it moved to her ministry, also the school feeding program.

If not that the Saleh guy was removed, it would have been worse too.

Emefiele ended up being the biggest villain though.

Buhari was a disaster. The man commissioned a non working refinery. In a country with PhDs and MsC holders, he took us all for fools

Tinubu is disaster Pro Max Refuel. He is determined to "out-foolish" his master.

How can Buhari be the fall guy? There were presidents when the refineries were working and generating money and they refused to carry out necessary TAM and rehabilitation. Buhari's administration started the rehabilitation of the dead refineries.

As for Dangote refinery, it will work when it works.
