Deep in yIGBOs heart they are bettered and pained that YORUBAs are indifferent to their course.hence,an attempt to associate any of their failures with yorubas.BECAUSE,THEY ARE NATURALLY BEDEVILED WITH CONGENITAL INFERIORITY COMPLEX.

Well, your reality is clearly some fantasy land shiit. I've been to Ibadan before. Let's face reality: most of it is a shiithole, barring a comparatively tiny urban radius, and there's ample evidence of decay. I don't say it to insult Ibadan. Unlike you and your cohorts, I have no time for ethnic bashing inanities. You can keep projecting your own inferiority complex on me while consoling yourself that I'm the insecure one. What the hell do I have to be insecure about? I'm not the one here bragging about mediocre cities. I'm from Anambra and I'm well aware Onitsha is a mega slum. I won't come here posting the pictures of a few good parts and some nice hotels and houses and claiming Onitsha will soon be like Dubai.
be deceiving yourself.

Your thread is about Ibadan. Leave irrelevant things out of it. So what metrics or data or major industrial investments or even infrastructural development show this Ibadan progress you're talking about? There's no doubt Ibadan has seen a lot of decay since its "glory days" a few decades ago. Nobody needs to "bastardize" anything when it's already reality.
this post only comfirm my point. You can choose to believe what will make you happy,to save you from fatal jealousy and inferiority complex. It doesn't change the reality.

Why Igbo are not rich – Leo Stan

By Chinonso Alozie, Owerri
The Chairman Zinox Group, Mr. Leo Stan Ekeh Monday said that lack of humility has remained a very big obstacle among young Igbo people. He made this statement during a youth entrepreneurship workshop held at the Imo state University, IMSU, auditorium. According to him, “There is a reason why you see young people in Igbo land do not grow. One is lack of humility. You see a boy who has 20,000 and he wants a professor to stand up for him. Let me tell you, if you are humble, God will promote you. You have to delete some things that are not relevant to your life and move forward.” “You cannot be negative and be successful. You must be positive to get something positive. This is the problem of an Igbo man. He added that, ” Most of the Igbo men are technically not rich.” He, however, said that the current recession did not affect him because he was prepared, adding that, “I am not afraid of the recession and I am not affected. I do not have God father, what I did was to use my knowledge to to succeed.” While advising young people doing business, he said, ” I must tell you, as a young who is doing business, have it at the back of your mind that when you are doing business you must loose money to make money, adding that,” They must build the fundamentals to succeed in their business.”

Yoruba people are neither here nor there. Forget that Buhari won, many of them did not even vote.

Igbos voted in Obasanjo (1999), voted in Goodluck (2011) but with the Biafra agitation in its prime in 2015, many of us lost interest in Nigerian politics.

Even the Yoruba votes for Goodluck in 2011 were negligable. The few of them that voted were neither here nor there. They were waiting for someone to be crown winner in order to claim "we voted him".

Trust the Yorubas at your own peril.
They are only smarter than you guys, simple!

I hope you're not green with envy? Ibos and Ibadan like 5 and six. cheesy cheesy cheesy
And they plenty for ibadan like.Even as much as they are in lagos. They even bury them in Ibadan.

The problem is that they dont want the next big thing to lagos in the country to be in yoruba land again.so they want to bastadize the city by creating bad impression of it in people's mind.

largest city in term od population in nigeria and Africa-yorubaland of lagos

largest city in term of landmass in nigeria and west africa-yorubaland of ibadan.

3rd largest city in term of population-yorubaland of ibadan.

city with highest industries in the country-yorubaland of lagos.

city with the country premier university and highest number of research in institute-yorubaland of ibadan.

SO THEIR INFERIORITY COMPLEX AND JEALOUSY ARE NORMAL,THERE IS NOTHING BAD IF THEY WANT TO BASTARDIZE THE TWO CITIES!!

one,no mans land,one,brown roof republic.

Whose aim s it to resolve issues? The ND says we want to controll our resources and pay tax to the federal government, the government says no. They say that oil companies should up their social responsibility ability, the oil company goes ahead to bribe government officials and everything is swept under the carpet. The little money that gets to the community are shared by chiefs and elders and you wonder why able bodied men go about bombing pipelines. My brother, don't worry, one day a company will come to your village and rape everything in sight, that day i will tell you to resolve issues with them. English is always easy when you're not at the receiving end of grave injustices.
Why not bombing the chief and elders?
Their approach is myopic!,they dont check the pros and cons

It's commonsensical that a region that produces most of Nigeria's resources but doesn't get it's due will be restive. It's like jumping inside mud and asking why your body is dirty.
Their approach is like sending one father tp prison because he is not responsible.Their anger should be directed to ministry of niger delta,NDDC and their governors(they should demand direct usage of 13% derivatives)
Celebrities › Kate Henshaw To The "Our Mumu Don Do" Conveners by Basic123(op): 4:01pm On Aug 21, 2017
www.SPYNigeria.com Ken Henshaw writes:

I like the "Our Mumu Don Do" movement. I support their call for full disclosure on the President's health. Now that the President has returned, I think they should turn the focus of their campaign to other important national "Mumu" issues. For instance, they should start a campaign for Mrs Deziani who is also in London to return and face trial for corruption. They should also start a campaign against governors who run their states without budgets. They should start a campaign against states that spend public resources sponsoring pilgrimages, parties and travels to watch football matches. Let's start a campaign against states that have not conducted LGA elections. While we are at it, let's campaign against governors who stole bailout funds. Let's speak up against states that continue to owe salaries and pensions. I don't want to believe that "Our Mumu" became enough only about the President's prolonged stay in London, while we continue to be "Mumu" on other issues of National concern. Now that the President is back, I expect attention to move to other "Mumu" issues. Believe me, we have thousands of them in Nigeria! This view is strictly mine!!

speak for yourself, yorubbers are unnecessarily hurt because they hate Goodluck Jonathan that's what Tinubu told them.

Yorubbers displayed their backstabbing skills during the election. Trusting them is the risk we can't take. They're more comfortable with the Arewa than us. So it's easy to kick them to their long time masters. As for tension, keep calm it's only August, September nova reach them to talk of October.
