But the picture in there shows a combination of electrical cables plus fibre cables all upon the same pole.

Optic / fibre cables are basically meant to improve data transmission speed (Mbps).

Tinubu's team is good.
Jonathan assembled a residue of OBJ's cabinet. Go and check intellectual and academic capacities of OBJ's team.
