Hmm. Ndume is a voice of the rich northern cabals that are fronting Dangote. He is also very unstable. Tinubu needs to be careful with him. We have trade union act within the constitution. How can one single individual acquire 4,000 brand new trucks in this same Nigeria. I saw them with my eyes last two weeks. Not Benz o, not brand new cars. When majority Nigerians cannot afford a brand new car currently. I learnt his ultimate plan is to purchase 10,000 for fuel distribution. The Union saw what is coming. This is just one of Dangote's several companies. So how mighty is this man? Don't tell me these funds came from just bank loans and business proceeds. Haba. |
MilesMaxwell:I agree 100% with you. Those super chickens are not reliable. |
Justdare:@the bolded. Countries are not the same in weight, importance and respect. South Africa's leader jumps forward often a lot, and they are not where they are trying to claim as a voice. Even amongst men, men are not same. You and Dangote are not the same. The weight of UN's budget is significantly carried by USA and China. |
garykoeman:I know of lots of people that are still earning less than N35,000 currently in Lagos. While the price of a sliced bread can be N3,500, Sandine 2k, don't even talk of milk and others. Yet accomodation, school fees prices are skyrocketing. . Yet the leader does seem to care, by continuously dishing out more taxing and wicked policies. |
Those are the phones that are being dispalyed in Computer Village, Ikeja, as "London-used phones". I always encourage people to try and buy new gadgets, especially phones, no matter the size of your budget. It saves you a lot of issues. |
Kindly swap your position with average struggling Nigerian, and come and spew this your grammer in 2 weeks' time. |
This drama queen will go on another suspension very soon. This time, it will be 1 year. She called herself a lawyer and law maker, if she has an evidence to her claims, should present it to Nigeria, otherwise, she needs to shut up. Nigeria has been quietly progressing and kept off distractions and childish drama since she was suspended. |
casdoruche:The core charge (aim) of Islam is to conquer the world by force or violence. They pray to achieve the aim. Most Muslims understand this, and hide it in deepest place of their heart. The charge given by Jesus to spread Christianity is by preaching His Word to the entire world tru prayer and showing forth of his fruits. Any one under these two religion will follow the path of the founder, either forcefully or otherwise. That's what President Trump was trying to make clear with the issue on uncontrolled co-existence and migration. |
hopexter:What I believe is actually non of your business. And what makes you think you are a Nigerian or sensible by ur comment? If I may ask. |
Angelfrost:Chelsea did well at the beginning of the last transfer window but messed up towards the end. They have been using Jao Pedro as no. 9 or no. 10 at times. Palmer is having groin now, so God forbid, if Jao Pedro gets injured, they have to use George, Guiu etc. Now that they are playing UCL, it's squad depth that will undermine their chances. Their CDM area plus that Sanchez should have been addressed if they want to compete for EPL. |
Last year, Chelsea had Mudrick, Nkunku, Jao Felix, Sancho etc to play this kind of games as Team B. But now, they have Gittens, Giui, George, Gernacho, Bouninette. . Abi what's his name self. Their approach initially was buying the best young players all over the world, but now they just go to Brighton. Maresca / Chelsea board will have themselves to blame. * They also seem to be under a curse since they bought Gernacho. They guy breeds bad luck. |

Pastor Remi Tinubu, we have heard you o. We have accepted to believe what you want us to believe. Hope that gives you a peace of mind? |
wunmi590:You have said just exactly what the situation will be. The monies will be milked from the hands of the poor and legitimately struggling ones and diverted to the over-fed politicians to squander away as usual. You better fight for yourselves. |
I am with Benjamin here. Let those spineless UK, Canada, France continue to dance to their own unclothedness. They will understand the meaning of what they have embrased very soon. |
This tax thing will cause serious issue in Nigeria by next year. The guys involved here are even oil and gas workers who are relatively richer than most citizens. By time the real struggling Nigerians especially business owners and end-price consumers begin to feel the weight of Tinubu's law, I hope serious uprising will not occur. Nigeria needs a reset. The very annoying and obvious thing is that the collective monies and wipped off the hands of suffering people are handed over to governors and politicians who keeps buying properties in UAE, US etc. So sad. |
Paul planted the seeds . Apollos watered, God gives the increase. RCCG does not belong to your father ma, neither does it belong to Pa E.A Adeboye. If your father had not followed divine instruction, it will be where it is today. Also if Adeboye had not tried his best to align to God, it will not be where it is globally. Both were just used in their specific positions to achieve God's aim. Just thank God for having such a father and live your life to please God. |
Hmm. I pity the Ajah / Lekki express highway. I just hope this does not further escalate the traffic issues on that road. Movements should be specified for off-peak hours only. I saw when those trucks arrived in the night last week. They were so much. I don't even understand how this man gets that kind of fund. He is obviously fronting for politicians. The gap between Danagote and other Nigerians is too much. By time CNG prices sky rocket to the roof, hope Baba Danagote will still be doing free delivery. It's only a very serious lion that can survive Nigerian business climate currently. |
tpain121:A compliance check will enable the tax authority to verify ur transactions and receipts, hence profit. Only profits should be identified as taxable for income tax. 15% tax will only apply to corporates within the income bracket of N800,001 - N3,000,000. It will be the lowest tax rate for corporate entities. I am not a Tax specialist or member of the government o. Kindly read up on the details of the law online. |
Mrexcell:You too. |
Mrexcell:Check my message well, it is your profit on that contract that is taxable. Okay? Take ur time and check for the provisions of the law. |
Mrexcell:Yes sir. The N5m is an income (profit) to you, and will be taxed accordingly. Rate of the amount involved shld be 18%. Truth is most business are currently struggling. The govt needs to continue to work towards Naira valuation in particular to ease the pressure and suffering of the people. Tinubu became very rich tru taxing Lagos. Now he intends to become far richer by taxing the entire nation to the teeth. Good luck. |
Mrexcell:Lol. Bro, it's well. The new tax law will not authorize any bank to deduct 20% or any percentage from monies tranferred to an account. However, people with incomes of N5m and above in a month will be flagged to tax authorities for compliance check. Same applies with corporates with N100m and above within a month. That is why Tinubu emphasized on tax IDs for collective tracking. It is well. Govt need to be more concerned about the welfare and standard of living of it's people by being very accountable. People are already suffering extremely. |
Hamas instigated the current war in the first place. So, this victimization rhetoric is not sufficient. You don't punch a sleeping giant (in relative to you), and think there won't be serious consequences. |
Simongm:They (Chelsea) have a better team than Bayern. Chelsea won the CWC not by fluke, they were a very good team. However, they fumbled towards the end of last transfer window by signing average players. That's why they don't have game changers in the bench currently. Apart from the Brazilian Estavao. They will get a win or draw at worst in Germany tonight. |
InvertedHammer:That is not correct sir. Every govt is significantly influenced by an alter. It's a battle of alters. The core purpose of Elijah's calling (among others) was to establish the reign of the alter of God by eventually influencing the government of the land tru the King. Elijah was unable to understand or fulfil that essence unfotunately. The anointing is only made available to a man if the man continues to engage it's purpose, otherwise, it will be taken away. God anointed Elisha to continue the essence of that anointing. You will observe that Elisha had so much control over the king that the king always refer to him as "My Father". Prophet Samuel was controlling the Kings in his time and many others. A king is supposed to submit to a true prophet of the Lord for checks. That's the way God balances it. If God raises a mighty prophet, and his hands are continuously clean, he will have influence over the govt. It happened severaly in American history and even here in Nigeria severally. |
rowland545:What you said is exactly the issue God had with him. However, spiritual battles of that magnitude are very tense my brother. It comes tru intense prayers and fasting. So calling the great man of God foolish in this context may be harsh. In fact, God did not rebuke him (like he did to Moses), he just subtly sacked him instantly and replaced him gently. That is because he had worked much for God, and must be rewarded and the glory of God must still be preserved before the eyes of the people. You will notice that both Elijah and Moses did not die physically like everyone of us. Their departures were secretly handled by God himself. |
BreconHills:Not actually; The fleeing is an error in God's eyes. A general of Gods' charge is not suppose to drop in faith. Without faith, you cant do anything significant with God. He fled because he felt he was alone is the battle and Jezebel would increase the velocity of attacks against him next time. Kindly note: It is not God's will that Elijah should flee the scene at the crux of the battle for God's revival. He demonstrated lack of faith in the God that had rained down raw fire before him to consume an alter and the king's soldiers more than once. That was why God corrected his error to him first (I have 7,000 that has not defiled themselves) before sacking him on the mount and asked him to go and anoint Elisha as a new prophet in his chamber. |
The youth / school system in the US has really been messed up by leftie ideologies. Many of those young kids and teenagers are gradually becoming perverts / strange mutants which will be so dangerous to the society in a long run. They killed this moralist soldier because he kept contending with demonic ideas. I cant send my kids to a school in the US currently. I pray the environment is gradually sanitized after the death of Kirk. After his death, his movement should ignite a serious flame. |
iwaeda:Chelsea / Maresca are not yet ready to win EPL with Sanchez as goalie. Maresca prefers an average ball playing keeper than a good ball stopper. So it's his choice. Selling Madueke and buying Gittens is a step down. That side is the only weak area in their attack. If Jao Pedro gets injured, who steps in as 9? Giui is not a Chelsea standard. Since they refused to sign Xavi Simmons, they cld go all out for a very player like Fermin Lopez in January. They need him to compete with likes of Liverpool and Arsenal. Check the likes of players that Liverpool and Arsenal signed. Those are statements of high intent. Yes, Chelsea made lost of profit in the last window, but on the field, they have to push a little more. |
I believe Liverpool or Arsenal will win the league this season based on 1 major factor, which is squad depth. Chelsea play very impressive football, but messed things up little towards the end of the transfer window. They should have kept Jackson or buy a standby reliable striker. Another central defender cld have been added too. City is off form now. For now, it seems Pep is experiencing the law of diminishing return. |
Reality is that Nigeria is poor now. Thanks to it's leaders. Just few years ago, Nigeria was the glory king of Africa. We were referred to as a wealthy nation and the golden crown of the continent. Now, we are even wrestling with likes of Morocco, Ethiopia etc in GDP index. We had a Buhari, and now the current king. |
