we are not opening brackets with and we are not multiplying neither are we expanding exponents...Everything there is a linear plus and minus, the brackets were just there to separate them

It should be returned in order to show acceptance. If you get a Good morning greeting, the response should be Good morning to you too OR I wish you the same.

The management of the Abia State University Uturu, has announced a 20% reduction in tuition fees payable by the students of the university as from next session.
