Judges have decided they will run the government.

My guesswork. For Jan 5-6 all mobile companies sent FBI the phone logs of users within the vicinity. AT&T/Firstnet didn't They claimed the backups were corrupted ,they have a 7 day retention and they lost before the 7 day period. They had everything else apart from the roughly 1 hour period the pipe bombs were placed.

Firstnet was hired by FBI in Dec to provide 5G & 4GLTE connectivity to Federal agents as part of AT&T .It is a dedicated channel. With separate SIM cards,this network is "always on" and it's meant for first responders, DHS and any federal body that gets privellege .No call drops ,no loss of internet , Firstnet gets priority over every other AT&T user. They will shut down every other user and leave Firstnet Incase of congestion.
Karlin Younger a project manager at Firstnet discovered the RNC bomb while going to do her laundry. She claimed the pipe bomb had 20 minutes left on the dial.FBI lab report showed no such thing It was a normal kitchen timer dial that wasn't even working.Yet she saw it ,had time to peer at the bomb and 2 minutes later alert Capitol police.
