DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin just put the quiet part on the table. Federal investigators are not chasing a handful of isolated mistakes. They are staring at a pile of cases that some state officials appear to have ignored for years.

Mullin said the numbers are already large and still growing.

"We have over 1,600 voter fraud cases that we are currently investigating, and we have 300,000 more that we're getting to. HSI is leading these investigations. These investigations are going back five years."

That is not a talking point. That is an active federal caseload.

He also reminded everyone who spent years calling this a conspiracy theory.

"The President has said it for a long time, and the Democrats were sitting there denying it, saying there's no fraud. That it wasn't taking place, there's no fraud, there's nothing here, don't look over here."
