Jim Jordan had subpoenad SPLC for all it's communications with the Biden administration a few weeks ago.

Not so fast. This California law was blocked by supreme court.
Overview of the Law (AB 1955)
Passed in 2024, the SAFETY Act prohibits public school districts from enacting or enforcing "forced outing" policies. Under the state law:
Consent Requirement
School staff are barred from disclosing a student’s sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression to anyone—including parents—without the student's explicit consent.
Employee Protection:
The law shields teachers and administrators from retaliation or disciplinary action if they refuse to notify parents.
State Argument:
California officials argued that the policy protects a minor's constitutional right to privacy and safeguards vulnerable students from potential family rejection or abuse.

Clearly California want to transition your kids without you knowing until it's too late.
And yes I know you don't support gender transitions.

I have no problem with gays or lesbians, I have worked with gays and lesbians.
I had a close friend who is a lesbian, says she never had sex with a man and can never. Apparently she has plenty of those penetrative toys .Gays and lesbians should do their thing without forcing the society to accept them has been my belief.
I do have serious problems with those who push gender transitions to kids. No kid should be allowed or influenced to do so unless they are 18 years and above.
Proposals by that community have been to block use of puberty blockers .What that means is before a kid is 10 /11 he or she starts undergoing the transition.
Those kids are already sexualized. That kid should be growing normally but is instead seeking admiration over his body changes Everyone loves their body being complimented esp body builders. Who do you think compliments a young boy who is growing a pair of boobs ,no beards plus a bum bum to boot?

Going by that vote 198 democrats voted no while all republicans voted to ban the transitions.
The other day , Republicans in Oklahoma had other ideas about totally banning marriages below 18, based on their own interpretation of early pregnancies .

Long and short ,democrats are the real paedophiles not Republicans.
Hope this explains why I mentioned you on a seemingly unrelated matter .

cococandy:
As advanced as California is, I can promise you that we do not have the capacity to perform gender reassignment surgeries in our schools.

Heck many schools are still fighting for free lunch for every student. School nurses can’t even give the kids Tylenol (paracetamol) without express parental written consent.

The fact that you can believe we have plastic surgeons (arguably the highest paid surgeons), anesthesiologists, O.R nurses, surgical techs, circulating nurses and PACU (post anesthesia recovery unit) nurses, all lining up to give students free trans surgery in public schools tells me everything I need to know about you. This is the minimum staffing needed for a semi functional operating room.

We haven’t even gotten into the logistics of how they would be obtaining O.R equipment. Sterilization of equipment. Lab services (all surgical patients must have labs prior to). Scrubs techs. Gosh you guys exasperate me.

Your party knows you people are extremely gullible. That’s why they sell you hogwash like this to you without even considering how ludicrous it sounds to reasonable people.

I thought Trump was steupid when he said boys are going to public school and coming him with gender reassignment surgeries performed on them. But it was probably a smart thing he said knowing people like would believe him. It’s scary how me$$ed up your minds are such that most bizarre things make sense to you. Scary.

AG Todd Blanche has indicted an assistant US attorney in southern Florida who reportedly worked with Special Counsel Jack Smith in the documents case.

Judge Aileen Cannon essentially placed Volume II of Smith's report on the case under seal, forbidding anyone at DOJ or any government agency from sharing the report. Why? Because she had dismissed the document indictment in July 2024 after concluding Smith's appointment was unconstitutional.

But is appears this prosecutor, Carmen Lineberger, stole the report and tried to conceal what she did. A grand jury in Fort Pierce--the hive of the DOJ's grand conspiracy investigation--indicted Lineberger on four counts.
Bigger question: who was she planning to leak the report to? Not like she stole it as a souvenir
The timing of Lineberger’s theft of Jack Smith’s documents report also is suspicious. She sent it to her personal account a few weeks before Smith’s first deposition before House Judiciary.

Democrats repeatedly raised the fact that Cannon had banned the report’s release; Smith also addressed it during his Congressional interview.

At the opening of Smith’s interview, an individual who appears to be a staffer for Jamie Raskin complained about Cannon’s order prohibiting the release of the report.

If you had a girl child you'd be comfortable a school counselor advising her to get a mastectomy , take testosterone.
If you had a boy child you'd be happy the counselor advising him to take oestrogen + progesterone and have his wee wee cut off.
And all this be done without your knowledge . California has a law similar to that.

True the independent are around 40-45% with the rest almost equally split.
The pollsters I tend to believe are deliberately skewered and oriented towards a certain result.

bemeruca:
Trump supporters are not the entire country. You have the independent voters, who are a huge voting bloc, and the Democrats. So you cannot use this to assess his approval ratings.

What we can say is that his infuence cannot be matched. Tucker, Candace and all those Social media influencers that are high of their own supply are irrelevant.

You can't industrialize without reliable ,cheap and abundant energy. The market is there. There are no excuses whatsoever to company executive in the private sector making losses when their product can't meet demand.
Govt should facilitate industrial development by availing a favourable business climate and steering off non essential sectors.

Take a massive housing construction boom. Target a million homes a year, use local materials. Force manufacturers to build everything from nuts, bolts, gauge wire, plugs, taps ,pegs , nails etc locally..This should be a years long development goal then finally move in to construction.
That was just one example of an idea that would encourage industrialization.
Develop a parallel competitive financial sector in the process.
You don't industrialize without a market.Use the existing local market demand for homes .

DeepSight:
Progress is being made albeit slowly and painfully and in a scattered and disjointed manner. In some sectors there is stagnation and regression but overall the trajectory still is forward. There is a lot to be done and improved on, we need to get our ideology and politics right as a starter as so much depends on right leadership.

On a practical note, if anyone asks me, I will say the key to the future is aggressive industrialization.

On a dreamy and idealist note, I will like to see Africa unite. A United States of Africa was a dream of several independence pan-Africanists suck as Nkrumah and ZIK and even became a dream of Ghadaffi.

If we are able to achieve it, and I concede it looks very unlikely - men, that is the single thing that will bring Africa to the table with real weight.

Those historical factors are a fact as you have eloquently elucidated them.
They are in the past,we are in the present.
You have covered the past. Now explain why we are not moving forward, Why don't we have government forecasting population growth 10 years ahead and scaling up water reservoirs, electrical generation, transport infrastructure, 4G connectivity etc ahead of time. We have a fully functional National Bureau of Statistics. Bequeathed to us by our colonial masters.

Please don't be disingenuous. I did not misascribe anything to you. You specifically demanded that I point to any progress made by black Africans. Not only does that infer clearly that you don't believe there are any, but you also dismissed the progress on education and economics I pointed to. You went further to answer that you don't envisage black Africans achieving anything in the next one hundred years. You said very clearly that they would stagnate or regress. Indeed you have more than hinted that such regression will be to something primitive (the "Kraal" ).

What can anyone deduce from this. No one needs to interpret this. It is clear what you are saying, namely that you don't believe blacks have ever achieved anything or ever will.

Not to mention your jibe that there must be a Rene before a sance, basically saying that there cannot be an African Renaissance since there was nothing previously.

You have also said verbatim that you have no problem using the word "inferior."

So please if nothing else, at least be honest and bold enough to own what you have said.

The fact that what you have said is extremist, self hating and shameful is not my handiwork. It is yours.

And excuse me, I did not breach the deal. Show me where. I for example said that SA blacks are not barbaric and that was somehow supposed to be an insult to you?

And for Pete's sake, if you say that blacks have never achieved anything and never will, how is it wrong for me to say that that's clearly a racist position. My deal with you was not to point out such things.

I just can't see what there is to discuss further when you are adamant that blacks have never and will never achieve anything.

Please what on earth can I argue further from such a point of view, you tell me? It's an absurd extreme.
Bemeruca, if you agree with TV01 that black Africans have never achieved anything and never will, say so.
You might want to consider how African leaders go to IMF to beg for aid, a whole entourage that books into the most expensive hotel .

Or how the host IMF / World Bank meetings in their office boardrooms. 50 foot mahogany desk with marching with wood panels, executive leather seats , 20 tea girls . Begging for aid while displaying unimaginable opulence.

That had nothing to do with climate , civil rights, etc.

Raul Castro indicted on murder of four Americans.
His goose is cooked.
Another Maduro raid possible .

Lest you forget ..Obama went to Cuba in 2014 to make peace with him .He went on behalf of America.

basilico:
This is how liberals work here.
An unfavourable issue arises in America. They look for loose ends to rope in Trump.

CIA director was in Havana just the day their fuel reserves ran out 24;hour blackouts and so on. He demanded reforms .
He also warmed them that Raul Castro is about to be indicted just like Maduro.
A Cuban NGO operating flights over the sea to help fleeing Cubans to America had a plane shot down by Cuban air force when Raul Castro was the Defence Minister..
in other words Raul Castro should deliver his 96 year old body to America asap.

How do I rope in Obama.

Obama visited Pope Francis in 2014 or so where Pope agreed to mediate between Cuba and America regarding the blockade. The deliberations were held secretly in Canada with Vatican staff also involved ..Obama visited Cuba another of his failed foreign policy debacles .He thought granting the Communist Marxist Cuba aid and everything else would make the dictator improve the lives of Cubans.

Obama was in Canada last week. He was also in Europe lateclast year. Why?
Was it because some of the grants to Cuban were kicked back to secret accounts he controls in Europe and Canada?
I know this one about Obama sounds really ridiculous, honestly that's how you liberals are here 24/7 with wild insinuations.

Here are some facts that destroy your talking points.

1. Nigeria got its independence in 1960, over a decade after Israel was formed in 1948.

2. Israel always had and continues to have the support of USA and the UK.

3. Israel is the biggest recipient of aid from the USA. They have been collecting aid long before Nigeria was even formed.

4. Israel was funded in their creation by Israeli diaspora, German holocaust reparations and us aid.

Please did blacks get reparations for slavery which was worse and longer than the holocaust?
Blacks have gotten more aid than Israel has . The ones in America and in Africa.
Refute that.
If Israel is 12 years older than Nigeria, wind the clock back 12 years and compare it's GDP then.
Use their GDP today to predict our GDP in 12 years also. Add other development indicators like water per Capita, electric availability and reliability, percentage of asphalt roads, etc.
Predict where Nigeria will be ne based on 12 year lag behind Israel

Admit the obvious. We have failed

Israel as a nation was recognized in 1948. The Jews in Israel were called Palestinian Jews.
The present day Palestinians are just Arabs from Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Syria etc. They are not distinct.
Before 1948, Palestine Post, Football club , Orchestra, coins etc were all Jewish.
This 1927 coin is in Hebrew.
Jerusalem has always had more Jews than Arabs.
When Europe chased it's Jewry away and is now replacing them with Muslims ,they joined their kith and kin in present day Israel. All Arab neighbors also chased away their Jews who found a home in Israel. Arab Jewish population declined to almost zero.
While the Palestinians facing genocide population has grown 1000% thanks to the pogrom.

Many Jews also settled in America .

Maybe you didn't know that history.

Fun fact. Since 1950s.
Africa has received more $2.6 Trillion in aid. Blacks in America have received $6 Trillion in aid.
Israel has received $300 billion in aid.

Speaking of traitors. In 2020 Trump appointed Mike Pence the coordinator of the WH Coronavirus Task force. Other members were Dr Fauci and Dr Birx.
The taskforce was able to quickly churn out supplies and facilitate research on vaccines.

2 days after Joe Biden was declared the winner , Pfizer proudly announced their vaccine had 90% efficacy against the virus. Nov 9. By December 2 ,Pfizer was already exporting the vaccine

Logically long before by election day the results of the tests were in. Pfizer should have announced months before that their vaccine was promising, or at least several weeks before the election.
They didn't. It would have given Trump a huge campaign boost.

Mike Pence and Fauci knew about this , they chose not to announce the good news because it would have helped Trump . Democrats had spent a whole year accusing him of mishandling COVID .

Mike Pence was a traitor from the word go. He was the one who was supposed to replace Trump with the release of the grab em tape.
He was the one who said Flynn lied to him about talking to Russia Ambassador. In reality Flynn didn't tell him because it was a non issue, Flynn had been speaking to every other ambassador in preparation of his role as incoming Nat Sec Advisor.
Trump would have cured cancer were it not for such traitors .

Brad Raffensperger Georgia Sec of state loses his gubernatorial bid .
In 2021 Trump called Raffesnperger holding a copy of an audit report made by the Trump team. He explicitly mentioned discrepancies and asked Raffesnperger not to certify the election. Trump was sure that 17000 votes were fraudulent ( (it's a fact) ,Joe Biden was ahead by 11000.
Raffesnperger deputy Jordan Fuchs was in on the call , she recorded it and leaked it to Wapo. The selected part was Trump asking Raffesnperger to find him 11000 votes and declare him the rightful winner. Jordan Fuchs recorded the call while in Florida. In Florida you can't record a call without consent of both parties. She broke Florida law in other words .
The leak was timed to cause max damage to the 2nd sham impeachment being moved forward by Pelosi with the help of Mary McCord.

Raffesnperger FA and found out.
The crooked Raffesnperger and Governor Kemp made sure Trump lost Georgia in 2020. Todd Blanche confirmed on Sunday to Bartiromo and to the Senate Appropriations committee yesterday that DOJ is investigating Fulton County over 2020 elections.

Republican Massie is also out.
Senator John Cornyn is also bound to lose, Ken Paxton has officially bern endorsed by Trump. John Cornyn is part of the RINOs holding back the VoterID Bill.

While you selectively chose to die on this hill ,your favourite Non profits ACLU and Planned Parenthood have opposed explicit bans on 18 year olds marriages.

American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has actively opposed absolute bans on child marriage, most notably during legislative battles in California. Their opposition surprised many advocates, but it stems from specific civil liberties philosophies regarding individual autonomy and the unintended consequences of broad bans.

Their primary arguments against an absolute ban include:
1. Intrusion on the Fundamental Right to Marry
The ACLU views marriage as a core, fundamental right protected by the U.S. Constitution.

The Argument: In official opposition letters to lawmakers, the ACLU argued that a flat 100% prohibition "unnecessarily and unduly intrudes on the fundamental rights of marriage without sufficient cause."

Individual Capacity: The organization asserted that a blanket ban assumes no minor is capable of making this choice. They stated that they "believe that some youth can appropriately make this decision for themselves."

2. Protecting the Rights of Consensual Teen Relationships
The ACLU, along with other youth advocacy groups like the Children's Law Center, expressed concern that strict age limits could penalize or restrict the lives of young people who are in genuinely consensual, healthy relationships.

They noted that for some older minors (such as 17-year-olds), marriage is based on "positive, pro-social factors" that further their personal, long-term life goals.

3. Concerns Over Reproductive Freedom Precedents
When the ACLU opposed California's 2017 ban, they were joined by Planned Parenthood.

The Precedent Fear: Reproductive rights groups worried that creating an unyielding legal standard stating "anyone under 18 lacks the maturity or capacity to consent to marriage" could be weaponized by conservative lawmakers in future legal battles.
The Risk: Opponents feared the logic of a hard age restriction could be used to roll back a minor's right to independently consent to other major life decisions, such as accessing abortion care, birth control, or reproductive healthcare without parental or judicial consent.
4. Preference for Safeguards Over Flat Bans
Rather than an absolute ban, the ACLU has historically advocated for increased judicial screening and strict statutory safeguards.

Instead of a total criminal or civil ban, they supported laws that force courts to privately interview both parties, evaluate age gaps, and check for coercion, trafficking, or domestic abuse.
They argued that existing laws requiring parental and judicial approval were sufficient if properly enforced.

Only 17 states have voted to ban marriages before 18.
So the Oklahoma Republicans were simply voting to keep the existing law in place which they deem to have enough safeguards.

cococandy:
Still on the 36 republican voters who voted in favor of child marriage. It sums up their party as a whole.

They are just negative emotional voters. No common sense at all. As long as it says democrats are in support, they’ll automatically be against it no matter what it is.

Then they project that behavior onto others, claiming that’s what people are doing. When everyone can clearly see they don’t reason and are easily manipulated with their feelings about issues.
By your reasoning ACLU and Planned Parenthood are full of paedophiles.
Correct me on this .
