🚨BREAKING: Ilhan Omar could lose her citizenship for three reasons, and federal investigators are now examining the paperwork.

1. Her father, Nur Omar Mohamed, was a colonel in the Somali National Army under Siad Barre. She has described him as an educator. If he failed to disclose that military role on his asylum application, the family’s entry was fraudulent.

2. Omar says she received derivative citizenship through her father in 2000 while still a minor. For years, public records listed her birth year as 1981, which would have made her 18 and ineligible. After she entered Congress, her staff had the birth year changed to 1982. She says the earlier date was a mistake.

3. Derivative naturalization requires that the parent was actually naturalized. Questions remain about whether complete records of her father’s naturalization exist. Investigators are focused on whether the birth date was altered so she could qualify as a minor.

Agents searched her home this week. She has denied wrongdoing. The Constitution requires members of Congress to be citizens. If any of these three points holds up, her citizenship can be revoked. The investigation is active.

I'll correct my assertions .
It appears that a certain Omar who had two children was given asylum . Ilhans father Nur Elmi Said misrepresented himself as Omar and brought in Ilhan and her sister Sahra.
His three other children Mohamed ,Ahmad and Leila got UK residency via IOM.
Strange twist. Leila the one who entered UK as a refugee is the sane one who got to Anerica as Sahra. Ahmed also went to l high school in America then went back to Britain in 2003.
He would return later as Ilhan Omar husband in 2009 to attend university . He applied for a green card ,when he was questioned by immigration about his marriage he withdrew in 2011 , separated from ilhan and went back to UK.
BBC had featured ilhan in 2017 as the refugee who achieved the American dream ,staying she was born in 1981.Months later her Oct 1981 birthday listed on Minnesota public profile while a state rep was changed to 1982. There are emails by her staff requesting this change.

I've seen comments that to he investigation will shock everyone.

DoJ handed California a password protected flash drive containing names of people who doj believes are on the voter rolls but are ineligible.
DoJ has given California 48 hours to verify if those people on that list are eligible. If they have not been sent out mai in ballots DOJ is asking California to withhold sending until they verify.
If those people have received mail in ballots DOJ is requesting that their received ballots be put aside until they are verified to be eligible citizens.

That makes a lot of sense ,doesn't it..
California is however aghast that they have to purge voter rolls less than 90 days to an election,they will oppose the move. Their excuse is that it's illegal to vote if you are ineligible.

Methinks DOJ knows California has sent mail.in ballots to fake voters and they have the names..

Her father on record .Omar was a senior figure in Said Barre the Somali dictator govt. He was a Colonel. Was he involved in a genocide. Apparently he must have been .

I don't think judges, prosecution, police and parole boards should just let criminals be they illegals or not be released to the general population just because they have the power.
