The narrative being pushed by "ICE Watch" agitators intentionally ignores the series of felonies that preceded the shots.

The Breakdown of the Encounter 🏛️⚖️

Pretti was reportedly in the middle of the street, actively directing traffic through a high-stakes federal enforcement operation—intentionally creating a life-threatening hazard for agents on the ground.

When a federal agent attempted to move him and a woman out of the roadway, a physical struggle ensued. Footage shows the agent pushing the woman as she stumbled in the snow; Pretti then intervened, shoving the agent back.

Under federal law, physical contact with an agent performing their duties is a felony assault. Similar actions at the Capitol have been prosecuted without "defense of others" being allowed as a valid excuse.

As agents moved to restrain and cuff Pretti for the assault, he "violently resisted". It was during this high-intensity scuffle that agents identified a weapon.

Training vs. Narrative 🛡️🚫

As with the Renee Good incident, agents did not draw their firearms until a warning was shouted that a weapon was present. This is standard training: you neutralize the threat once it is identified.

DHS has confirmed that a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun with two loaded magazines was recovered from the scene.

Claiming the suspect was "disarmed" or "helpless" while actively wrestling with multiple agents is a tactical impossibility. If an armed suspect is fighting you, the threat is active until they are secured.

If you're blocking federal operations and shoving agents, you're looking for a fight. Those calling this "murder" are the same people who have opposed immigration enforcement from day one, regardless of the facts.

Immigration agents have only shot at 4 people in 2026 despite carrying out thousands of operations nationwide:
- One was armed with a handgun

Carbon Credits: Each carbon credit represents the reduction or removal of one metric ton of carbon dioxide equivalent from the atmosphere. Recycling plastic reduces greenhouse gas emissions compared to producing virgin plastic from raw materials (oil and gas), so emissions are avoided. 

Any project that avoids Carbon Dioxide being emitted to the atmosphere qualifies for Carbon Credits. The process to get qualified is rigorous , very expensive and tightly controlled. It's a members club sort of that needs scale.
An example.
To qualify for 6 million carbon credits ,using solar ,you need to have a 4 GW solar farm. That solar farm is about a third of all Nigeria installed generating capacity .
Carbon credits from solar are cheaper than those from saving trees being cut down.

SCOTUS is not against him..Cases have to work their way upwards exceedingly slowly before they get there. Trump cases in NY are still sitting in the Appeal Courts
If you remember Jack Smith in his haste to jail Trump before elections bypassed the Appeals Court and went straight to SCOTUS. He needed an emergency ruling on presidential immunity. He knew the Appeals court would take it's time,then finally to Supreme Court. The evil Trump needed to follow the election results from a jail cell .
However SCOTUS has not reigned in on the activist judges ,thanks to the Chief Justice who blows hot and cold. Note SCOTUS is afraid Democrats will pack it if they get all the houses and presidency,they have to be a bit cautious lest they annoy Chuck Schumer.

If you have huge piece of land grow trees and claim carbon credits too. Try these ones in that order,they sequester carbon dioxide
Eucalyptus, Bamboo White Teak, African Mahogany and Avocado

That's how BYD gets to sell cheaper cars. Automakers in Europe fined by their countries buy carbon credits to offset the criminal act of manufacturing Internal Combustion Engines .Buying from BYD can offset each of their car by over $2000 .

California new districts might be thrown out. SCOTUS will rule that racially based maps are unconstitutional, democrats will lose a good number of seats. That ruling should be released maybe before 2035.
