2.) This was a staged exhibit photo as all exhibits are staged. You see the 2A there? It's like cops do when they seize drugs. They stack all the drugs on the table and take a picture of them all.
The investigators found all the classified data in that room, laid them on the floor(as that was probably the only place big enough) and hid the documents without proper classified jackets (you can see the white). The goal was to show all the documents found in that room for evidence documentation purposes. If the FBI wanted to frame Trump they would have added classified jackets to all of them.
3.) Trump has CCTV. He was watching the search real time and probably has video of it. If they thought the FBI was framing him by faking classified dcoucments, he would have released the video a long time ago. He hasn't.

The NyTimes wouldn't report on it because it's so silly and in the weeds. Basically a conspiracy theory. No serious person believes this will have any effect on the trial.
Now, I knew about it a while ago because I am a policy geek as I think understanding policy it's required to be a civic minded. So, I follow other policy geeks like emptywheel, who do a very good job of getting in the weeds and are usually spot on about legal things. This has been discussed and broken down in terms of right wing propaganda fooling idiots and hence affecting the Judicial system. You seem to be the "idiot" they are talking about.

Now for you. You don't live in the US. Why do you spend so much time and effort on getting in the weeds on US policy/legal issues that don't affect you and you clearly don't understand? It's odd and nutty for someone like you to dedicate such amounts of time here, when you could use that time to effectuate change in a place you do live.

Secondly, seeing that you clearly don't understand most of this. Like how investigations work or why investigators take pictures of evidence in places where they are found. Why did you pick someone like like Julie Kelly as your teacher? How did you find her? Did you look at her background? Investigate her credentials? Do you care she is almost always wrong esp. about matters pertaining to the Trump case and Judge Cannon? Like the very simple matters of law the appeals court overturned Judge Cannon on?

When she first popped up on my twitter feed a year ago, I read her for a contrary opinion. I at the time thought she was some Republican lawyer or such, why else would all these right wing people be promoting her? But she was almost always consistently wrong. Laughingly so. And her analysis always seemed off as if she didn't understand the law. I stopped reading her tweets. I recently found out she wasn't an actual attorney and didn't have relevant expertise. In fact she was just an ex- cook writing propaganda about things she didn't understand.

Lastly, the DOJ didn't leak this picture. This picture was an exhibit from a response motion the DOJ filed, explaining Trump had top secret documents, because Trump stupidly sued in Civil court saying they were his documents. A case Judge Canon allowed, your friend Jule Kelly propagandized for and a conservative leaning panel of the appeals court unanimously overturned and stopped.

Outside of the fact this is common law enforcement procedure - documenting/photographing where evidence was found. This whole thing is in the weeds. Marcy Wheeler does a good post on it for anyone interested.

But as usual in a few months, the motions will be denied or appealed and denied if Cannon does something stupid. Come on. Did you not read the article? Israel signed an agreement with the Malawian government to hire Malawians to go work in labour farms in Israel and be paid less than minimum wage. And now some Malawians left the jobs for factory jobs because they didn't even keep to the minimum wage agreement, and they were deported. The Israelie govt fumes about how they left the job, even though they were paid less than promised. But the Malawian govt's response is "don't worry, we have many more you can take as slaves. We gave you 1500 before, now we will give you 10,000 slaves" to reduce unemployment. Tufiakwa!. Those 10,00 will face inhumane treatments there and not one of them will be able to cough.

They were being paid $4.8 to work in farms for God's sake.
Those slaves will be made to work for about 24days in a month, and 10 hrs each day, hard labour, and at the end be paid $116. $116 in a month! can they rent a house? No. They will be living in refugee camps and living like slaves. So Malawian government cannot help these people set up farms, even if they earn $200, or even $00 as poor people, at least they are in their own farms in their own country, don't you see how dignifying that would be? And you say this is not slavery. Which developed country can you feed well with $100? I am pained.

And because of that, the top Service Companies, Law Firms, Accountant Firms, Security Firms, etc etc. So, it draws top talent - educated people, who are also hired because of their critical thinking skills - try an Investment Banking case interview.
