Makers of the law anticipated back then that long guns will be single shot cøck-and-shoot used for hunting. They never anticipated that semi automatics will be that length. It's a felony for anyone under the State of 18 in Illinois to carry a weapon. No one can carry a weapon in Illinois without FOIC. How did Kyle got his AR 15 when he was 17. He got it through a friend illegally and he broke the law by carrying it across the State line to Wisconsin. I am a certified gun owner here in Illinois for more that 20 years and i live about 42 miles from Wisconsin border line and i dare not drive to Wisconsin with my legally owned Glock 20 because i know i will get in trouble and here's a 17 year old White Supremacist being looked at kindly by a Racist Judge in Wisconsin that's acting like a Defence Attorney for the White Trash called Kyle Rittenhouse.
