At that point, unless your car is designed and equipped, so many things can go wrong. We all know that not all highways are super smooth, unless your brakes can react in 1/10th of a second less than 100ft from an obstacle, hmm, it's dangerous.

Oga, 80kmph is dangerous on good highway. 90-100kmph is ok.
