This crap is not adding up.Alkali retired as a Major-General.Besides the alleged soldier cant be stupid enough to wear the military khaki of the yet-to-be-found general in background of the ongoing search for him.

He actually retired as a Brigadier General (1star General ), as ceremonial because it coincided with his retirement course period, hence the Colonel uniform will most likely be in his car.
