The Nominal GDP for 2010 and 2015 are 650 and 950 resp. CPI for 2015 using 2010 as base year is 150% with 50% changes.

It all depends on u! As a final year student who's doing fairly well academically and hopes 2 graduate with the best honours possible, here is my 2 kobo:
Change ur orientation and belief abt ur course of study that u can do it and believe u failed cos u started late. In addition, if u truly have a penchant for the upper second class, it's high time u stop thinking abt any grade below a B. Thus, u wud make nothing below a 4.00 gpa till u graduate. From d simulation i did on ur behalf, u need a mean gpa of 4.2 to finally graduate with a 2:1 which i believe u can get if u truly want it and determined to get. Oh! U doubt ur ability and think u can't get it? Be sincere and try this:
1. Start studying from day 1
2. Attend all lectures and do ur assignment promptly
3. Solve past quests. Do dat when exam is in 3 weeks cos frm experience, past quests limit d scope of wat u study if u start using it frm day 1.
4. Be a sanguine and choose intelligent classmate as frds

@bettywonder, tnks for your input. V registered for ielts already. I don't know if USA I'll accept that. I I'll consider gre after d ielts. But please I'll Canada accept ielts without gre and between Canada and USA, which do you think I'll be easier to get?

IELTS is good, but some US unis don't accept it. Nonetheless, u're on point as quite a gud number of US unis still accept it. Both Canada and US are great destination for international students. As for me, I prefer US to canada, though there are better opportunities to stay and work after studies in the latter. However, I must let u knw that most top universities are in the US. If u would want to get into a direct phd program with full funding and opportunity to work as either TA/RA/GA then US is the BEST destination for u.

Although, it's believed that students with science and engineering background are better in maths but that is not an excuse for other disciplines especially the social science not to ace the gre quantitative. Read through the previous post to get links to important materials u'll need. Endeavour to start with the official guide. Believe me, maths is not hard. start from the basics and u'll luv it with time. Gudluck!

Well, it depends on ur present location in either of the cities. You can walk the area and you would surely get one, but how genuine the particular tutorial is? I dnt know. Tutorial is gud, but in the presence of paucity of fund, you can study and excel on your own.

Man, I can understand how you feel abt graduating with 4.49 cgpa. Still, I must commend ur effort cos u've got a sterling gpa. Register for gre and toefl and get 320+ and 100+ respectively. With a profile like this you should be able to get into a good phd program in US with full funding and stipend

Man, i wouldn't advise you runs the exam. Apart from gaining admission to graduate sch studying for the exam is gud for your personal development.

I intend to run a postgraduate study in Economics and to be honest, I have just one school in mind, Binghamton University (a safenet school). I need a cursory suggestion of schools from you guys pls.

Thumbs up to the guy, i must say. If am to be sincere the chain charger is more dangerous than innovative. As we all know, if one of His customers touches it intentionally or mistakenly that he will get electrocuted... Isa, think more and come up with something with no side effects.
