I am back again so let me share an update: just as I was preparing to watch Bayern vs Real Madrid , I checked my mail and saw the letter of award of Research Assistant with full funding and stipend for a direct PhD at the Department of Mechanical, Aeronautic and Nuclear Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.I will be working under an assistant professor who inteviewed (sha na just discussion) me via skype. Thanks you Jesus and everyone on this forum, your encouragement is well appreciated.

Question: Please I need gurus in the house to help me reduce these schools to best 6 and 4 respectively. I'm writing my GRE on Tuesday 10th of April, that's in 2days time. I will be sending my GRE score on the test day to the best 4 and I will be applying to best 6 in total.
I have you guys and I can't afford to make any silly mistakes. I want you to come up with the best 4/6 having in mind that my focus is direct PhD with full funding.

Please treat urgent as my test day is in 2days time.

Join the what's app grouop, couple of people can share theirs, but you need to MASTER the official test materials before you kick start so you don't dwell on extraneous things, bolster quant with manhattan 1-6, nova and get tricks from 5lb and 1014. Verbal is strictly ets in my opinion,
RC 99 is good for RC, Magoosh did a decent job,learn the words on manhattan 5lb SE and Barron 6 tests did a decent job on their verbal questions. In summary start before you get magoosh

I read one of your replies that you are studying Economics. I will like to let you know that I recently graduated with a first class degree in Economics, so you might want to listen to me or probably follow my instructions.

I am not an expert on education matters, however I have written numerous articles on education that could help you and some other people on this thread succeed.

Secondary education is distinct from tertiary education. Some of the methods you used in studying in secondary school might not help you in the university. You don't just study. There are ways you read and assimilate faster.

Are you comfortable with mathematics? If you are not, it is better you start learning to be comfortable with it because it is a necessary evil in Economics.
