Cnt say if dey r still accepting cv sha. 1st u get interview, if u r 4 access bank dey'd tell u 2 present 4 3mins (jst say 5 solid statements u gud) on any topic. If u r 4 diamond bank, dey'd ask u customer service related queks. If u do well, which I think happens 2 every1, dey'd refer u downstairs 2 take test (its simple). Access bank pips will write aptitude test(no nid 2 study) yl diamond bank pips will b asked jst 1 que about handling irate customers. Then der is a typing test, multi tasking test and language test...no nid 2 start reading, its a straight forward assessment. Jst improve on ur typing speed for the typing and multi tasking test. Dey'd still send u 2 dese banks 4 a final interview (abi una tink say dese banks go recruit una lyk dat). Dress code, serzly its an interview...u r 2 dress corporate, myt nt necessarily wear suit but dress corporate. I tried ryt?

I just finished banging the 1st personality test. Na wa ooo. Didnt even get the opportunity to do the aptitude. Anyway God dey. Other opportunities will open up for me IJN. But I think these personality tests suck. Just a way to sieve off applicants. Everyone's personality cannot be the same and the first stage should never be based on personality but should be based on aptitude. Anyway no be me get company.

next time do not believe in that "there are no right or wrong answers sh*t". Those answers are graded, do not pick answers based on ur personality but pick based on "all round vibrant candidate with no weakness". My opinion tho

rhymz: i think the job posting was gotten from naijahotjobs. . .the email has been returning mails back because they have stopped it from recieving. The have probably reached their maximum intake. Besides, I am kind of skeptical if the posting is for graduate entry level position cos I have a couple a friends undergoing their trainee programme in portharcourt. It is a four month intensive training, test and exams programme is core banking and finance, Law, accounting and spreadsheet package of the bank. Their training is so intense and highly competetive, it is when you come out in the first 5 or 10 that you are chosen. During the training they are paid an allowance of 50k every month but when they get fully employed, starting salary is between 250-300k. GTB pays the highest amongst all the Nigerian banks followed closely by First bank and Diamond. I know a friend that went through thesame four month trainee programme in Diamond bank, he just started collecting his salary, 200k....thats why every man they rush...these guys compete with oil firms, gba be.
