SUPREME COURT UPHELD SUPREME GOD’S MANDATE OF YAHAYA BELLO Let me start by saying ‘‘God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God’’ but God spoke thrice here for men to believe. On the ascendance of Yahaya Bello as the Governor, Falake & Wada needed God to speak thrice (Supreme Court) not just once (Tribunal) or twice (Court of Appeal) before they can believe that Power actually belongs to God. By now I believe Faleke will accept the will of God and focus on his legislative assignment. For Wada, I believe the time is right for his records to tested for probity and accountability while he was the Governor of Kogi State. For the Falake and Wada supporters, I will encourage you with the following words from the Holy Book ‘‘so then it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy’’. God has decided to choice Yahaya Bello as the Governor of Kogi State for now, so let’s all cooperate with God’s divine agenda; the New Direction. In the last Kogi State governorship election, ‘’I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does bread come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all’’. It’s now time for Governor Yahaya Bello (GYB) to leave up to expectation. It’s now time for GYB to rise up to the demands of his office. The court case is over, but alas the case of ‘performance measurement, delivery of democracy dividends, steadfastness in stewardship etc’’ continues. My candid advice to Gov. Yahaya Bello and other public office holders in Nigeria is to surround yourself with people that will tell you what you needed to hear and not what you wanted to hear. God bless Gov. Yahaya Bello, God bless Former Gov. Idris Wada, God bless Hon. James Faleke, God bless the memories of Late Abubarka Audu, God bless all Kogi State and Kogians, God bless Nigeria and Nigerians. |

Contract fraud: How Kogi State Gov & in-law “Capt. Wada” pocketed N3.5billion http://247ureports.com/contract-fraud-how-kogi-state-gov-in-law-%E2%80%9Ccapt-wada%E2%80%9D-pocketed-n3-5billion-documents-included/ According to available evidence, Wada made away with N3.5billion of Kogi State resources in collaboration with his father-in-law. Through a company called HORIZON GROUP LIMITED owned by Captain Wada, Gov Idris awarded numerous “white elephant” contracts in excess of N3.5billion. HORIZON GROUP LIMITED comprises of five smaller companies – Horizon Stock Brokers Limited, Horizon Building Society Limited, Hotel De Horizon Limited, Horizon Bureau De Change Limited, and Horizon Construction Company Limited. The contracts were awarded to Horizon Construction Company Limited – with office address at Abuja located at 40 Lusaka Street, Wuse Zone 6, and a Lagos office at Investment House, 4th Floor 21/25 Broad Street, Lagos. One of the recent “white elephant” contracts awarded to HORIZON was for the dualization of Ankpa township road at the contract sum of N622.2million [N622,169,569.35]. The notice of award was contained in a letter dated August 30, 2010 and addressed to the Managing Director of Horizon Construction Company with caption “offer of provisional award of contract for the dualization of Ankpa township road”. The letter referenced KGS/CAB/39/VOL.111/653 and was signed by the Secretary to the State Tender Board, A. D. Owonipa. respect80: |
Base on political calculations and permutations, Yahaya Bello will be sustained as the Executive Governor of Kogi State. As expected, a particular tribe that has dominated Kogi State since her creation will be aggrieved. Let Yahaya Bello even perform better than angels, Prophet Mohammed or Jesus Christ, this group of people will still not be happy. More than 70% of the discovered ghost workers in Kogi State are from this particular tribe. Many of them lives in Abuja and earned income from Kogi State government for several years. Had the previous Governors in Kogi State turned the streets of Kogi State to heaven, the task would have been more easier for Yahaya Bello. Most people castigating Yahaya Bello today are the beneficiaries of the old orders. They never held their ''Own Son'' for performance, accountability and probity. Well, we all still remember the Late Abubakar Audu N11billion EFCC Case, we all still remember the none-performance of Wada. Maybe their 'Own Son'' cannot do anything wrong. It's Yahaya Bello time; as Power belongs to God and he gives it to whosoever pleases him. |
• We shouldn’t be using social media just for bashing or insulting our public servants, tribes or religion. • That was all the social crusaders cum activist did towards the last general election and that’s the result we are reaping now. • Apart from public criticism, how many of us are better than those we are calling clueless, dullards, bigots etc? • Why not channel our efforts in offering useful ideas to those leading us. • You can never know, your great but simple ideas might help the Minister of Finance and the PMB Administration for the betterment of our economy. • Let’s say No to Recession!!!!!!!!!

On the 'alleged' Madam Min. fake twitter account @Mrskemiadeosun, please let's give her the benefit of the doubt. With my attached WhatsApp chat with the Min. of Finance- Mrs. Kemi Adeosun (KA) yesterday Sept 1, 2016 at around 1/3pm; there is the tendency that the twitter handle @mrskemiadeosun is fake based on her response • I have never met KA all my life and she didn’t know me in person; I assumed she wouldn’t be lying to me • She humbly gave a response to my chat on my attempt to correct on the length of her twitter handle name. Most egocentric public servants will never respond to ‘‘commoners’’, no matter how good your suggestions are. So, thumb up to Madam. • The pertinent question is, why must it take so long for the Special Adviser on Media ( Festus Akanbi) to the Min of Finance to discover the fake twitter handle and do the needful? Incompetency or negligence of duty? • It seems to me that most of the supports staff working with Madam Minister goofed; if none of them could spot out the fake twitter handle of since November, 2015. More than mere criticism or bashing on twitter or other social media, Madam Minister seems to be willing to take suggestions from all Nigerian on the best way to get out the recession. All suggestions are welcome on aboomex@gmail.com , I will forward them to her and she will act accordingly.

To the British..... Nigeria is fantastically corrupt To the American...... Nigeria is fantastically pollute Which way Naija? |
# When we have an ex-governor that designed a website for N78million as a Super Minister #When we have corrupt ex-governors as our Minister #When recruitment to NNPC, CBN becomes benefits for the politically corrupt leader's children #When we all know the truth but blaming DC for saying the obvious truth yusuf000000: |
Where were the Apostles serving ? On the streets or in their houses ?Please, lets mind our reasoning and stop blind argument for or against tithes. In the last day, the truth will emerge. Thanks Candour: |
NO FUEL, NO LIGHT, INCREASE IN PRICE OF FOOD ITEMS still waiting for Ogundamasi comments of the hardship in the country... Ogundamasi should rather put is energy to ensure that Nigerian are not chained with change promises. Enough of budget distraction. The Minister of Budget and National planning lacked the Economics and Accounting competency to handle is own personal budget not to talk about the Budget of a Nation. |
Gathering to celebrate birthday party by the ruling party,,, yet the citizens are in the sun queuing for fuel for hours. What a country and her leaders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Oga, Most Nigerians have poor work ethics and lazy. It's sad that people will use years looking for a job and after getting it; they can't preserve it. From HR perspective the guy is not due for an annual leave; he's just 6 months into the job. All the excuses narrated are out of place and lack merit. Maybe, you will allow your HR to call him and let him have proper perspective on the basic requirements of leave; if this has not been done during your induction. But, how many employers truly care to give their staff proper induction at the commence of employment ??Don't just sack him as many have suggested, educate him and let him realize the consequence of his demands. Many thanks |
It’s an honor to admit wrongdoing and apologize, but it’s a greater honor to undo the wrongdoing So please @sahararepoter, publish the right verdict of the Tribunal on Senator Akapio’s case. |
APC can win in BAYELSA but Sylva cannot win in BAYELSA! Sylva is a bad product; a thug , a drug addict, wife beater, wuruwuru to the answer person. Tactically speaking, Sylva is from Brass raised in NEMBE by his mother; a true NEMBE woman. Sylva lost in NEMBE and OGBIA the other two major LGAs in his own Senatorial District. The Late DS Alamieyeseigha is from Southern Ijaw and most IJAW people have not forgotten the hatred of Sylva towards GEJ and the late DSA. Dickson is more of an IJAW Man than Sylva. Without any rigging, it will be easier for GEJ to win election in Katsina, and much easier for PMB to win election in Bayelsa than for Sylva to win an Election in Southern Ijaw. Don't forget, Sylva lost Senatorial Election to the incumbent Senator Ben Murray Bruce ( Distinguished Twitter Senator). So what magic are we expecting Sylva to perform to win Election in the whole State in a Space of less than 8 month after his loses in the last General Election. It pained that Sylva did not allow APC to choose the right candidate to challenge Dickson for none performance. But a none performing Dickson is better than a none performing and characterless Sylva. In the words of PM, I am for nobody (Sylva & Dickson) and I am for everybody (Masses) |
What should we do with when we Senators collecting Millions as allowances in a country with minimum wages of N18k? What should we do when we see Senators flying in 1st Class?? What should we do when we Senators not performing their oversight work effectively |

Sylva has not won anything.... the chairman of the primary election (Adam Oshiomole) ran for his dear life after Sylva thugs foment troubles.. So please calm down and wait for APC National Exco statements on this.... It's was a kangaroo election supervised by Sylva boys that the result was announced and not the one headed by Comrade Governor Adams Oshiomole... Next week Sylva will know the meaning of party supremacy...Sylva should not hurriedly forget his many files with EFCC... |

Like in many private organizations, the wages of theft or any gross misconduct is summary dismissal…. So over to you Nairalanders, let’s have the Sanctions you will recommend for Corrupt Government Officers in Nigeria in support of PMB War Against Corruption & Embezzlement (WACE)… Below are few ones we are considering…. Add yours please 1. Recovery of the funds looted to the last kobo 2. Public disgrace of offender and those that aid and abet the crimes 3. Conversion of all Assets of Corrupt Officer to government Properties and Investment. 4. The Assets to be converted should not be limited to the funds stolen but ALL known Assets acquired after taking government appointment. 5. Lifetime imprisonment to offenders irrespective of the amount involved. 6. None of the immediate family members (Father, Mother, Children) of the corrupt government officer should be allowed to take government job or contract for the next 50years from the date the court verdict is passed. 7. Death sentence…lol |
Common sense is not common again …. When the management that started the recruitment process were considered corrupt and incompetent … yet you’re still expecting the new management to continue with their failed and inconclusive recruitment exercise…… which serious organization in the whole world can take more than 3years to filled a vacant position in their company…. |
You people should leave DINO alone. DINO this, DINO that… Some of the people complaining would have done worse than DINO and SMART combined. Best wishes. Wailing Wailers over to you! |
CaptaiinG:I guess, you don't have any ambition for life as well. Tinubu's ambition is to take control of the Executive through his crones in NASS, but he met a roadblock in Saraki. Saraki is anointed by God and the gods to play his current role, to liberate Sai BABA from the control of Tinubu. The Change is sure. |
hedonistic:You and I would have done the same thing. Nice one from DINO |
ZeezaRapture:Bros, we love Buhari, Sai Buhari |
Chiaka:This thing pain Mrs. Tinubu too much. Why? She was positioned to be the Majority Leader of the Senate... Lawan (Senate President-NE), Akume (DSP-NE), Mrs. Tinubu (Majority Leader, SW). So, you guys should feel for the Madam at the Top; her blood dey hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
