Bms prevent overcharge and overdischarge automatically.

To me sha i see no special tin in dem since there are now dedicated chargers dat prevent charging above a set limit.

My LifePO4 12v ran without bms for over 1yr. . I don't even trust some bms. So I am my bms . Shey bi na to prevent overdischarge majorly. Cc will prevent overcharge after settings. I make use of an active balancer instead.

Yes, it gives you good voltage and current head even if you have little voltage drop over a long distance ur cc might still get 24v reading but if you have correct wire Guage then u re ok

I advised that since ur battery is 12v, just get a good cc that can switch btw 12 - 48v with 100amp and connect ur solar panels in parallel.
with this setup u will have good voltage reading and high current on ur cc to charge ur 12v battery.
u can then use ur hybrid inverter for ac charging and inverting only. " if I get ur situation correctly "

attached is my cc on a 12v battery and 1200w panels awaiting additional batteries later.

Hi. My inverter doesn't charge my 200a 12v Lifepo4 battery efficiently. In the manual it states it's has 80a solar charger and pv input is 90-450vdc. My pv input is mostly between 126vdc to 131. The inverter at times will just stop charging and will b blinking the panel symbol.. inside hot sun at times my bms shows 12a going into my Lifepo4 cells while the inverter is not under any load. Im using 3 400w panels connected in series. My pv connection is good and intact.

I will suggest you buy a solar cc separate to charge the battery and do your panels in parallel becos ur panel voc is far higher than ur battery nominal 12v. so by this, you will have higher current to charge ur battery. the new mppt (e.g powmr) will help balance the excess voltage with current for use under load.

I must say that I'm caught in the same net as your friends on this inverter choice. I see a couple of people here saying the separate setup is better than the hybrid inverter for the fact that once the hybrid is faulty, everything goes out the window but for the separate setup, you can still salvage either of both CC and the inverter. Although, I considered the chances of both the separate setup also getting faulty at the same time - or even worse. I decided to JUMP on the bandwagon of "team separate" o.

I'm actually going for the 1.6KVA Pure Sine Wave. Wanted to go for the 2000w but the CC specification says it should not go beyond 1440w (which I believe I still have gone against if I go for this 1.6KVA) or you will have to buy either two 60A CC or an 80A which this particular seller does not have. I guess this is where the hybrid outplays this "manual" setup auto detection and adjustment and less cumbersome. I do not intend to use it for more than the things I have listed. In fact, when the time comes for upgrades, I'm just going to overhaul everything if I have familiarized myself with one or two about solar energy.

Hello bro, I will suggest you try out new pure sine wave inverter that kiekie just advertised instead of ordering from AliExpress and waiting for 3weeks. it has 2000w(1000w) and 2400w(1200w) in 12/24/48v variance.
I just got one from him too and as far as av tested it's good and the wave was smooth.

I bought this battery recently from him. He also helped me in getting a 12v 15w fan all from Kano to my Location. The battery lasted over 35 Hours on powering only the fan. Great customer service too.
