If no, den 2refunds from her end, can't make paypal limit ur account, it's not possible, as unpredictable as paypal is. 2). Several/constant/frequent refunds trigger paypal's bot...ur words, so should we infere that you've been having frequent refunds and hers was just d straw dat broke d camel's back? If yes, den u can't, 'burn the straw dat broke d camel's back, rather the owner of d camel, who disregarded d health and well being of d camel should be held liable for breaking d camel's back.

True, he is an exchanger but they have an unfinished transaction, t contract was: I give u so and so amount...you make a purchase for me, so a long as the purchase has not been made, for whatever reason, the money still is rightfully owned by omoskenso. 3). Why are you both focusing on the naira per dollar amount? He credited you 49,500 right, if the deal failed, you would refund amount credited right? If any charges are to b deducted, I woul assume it would be inter bank charges and maybe sms alert charges? And if diamond bank is what you use, then vat on d sms charge and maybe the vat on the vat.

I paid because i had a person to attack if i was scammed. Cleanstar tried his best to get donvikkys number. Donvikky acted as the scammer. That was his fault . Thevscammer later changed his number after the scam
He used an Etisalat number which was on his profile. Where are you coming that u will say I didn't verify the number. Where u there, If u check through my post I mentioned he changed his number again. How difficult is it to edit numbers on profile.
