free2ryhme: I hit one yesterday morning around past 8 am trying to overtake me at top speed from the driver side knowing that the road was too narrow to accommodate him. This was an aboki okada rider
I watched him slide on the tarred road with his bike. I later parked and someone shouted at him for running at that speed and not slowing down at the narrow spot.
Suddenly his fellow aboki okada riders gathered. One was saying I was at fault making all manner of insinuations and defend his wounded colleague. Police came and ask me to find the guy "something" to treat himself.
Parted with 3k and left him there with his fellow abokis to go treat himself NEXT TIME, DONT STOP! Except your escape route is not very free. You are lucky to get off this with your life and car. |

ALLNIGERIANSMAD: Op the problem is still big people, that's why you still see dispatch in the road, if they barn to hem now, many of big men may die, you know why? 99% of dispatch riders transport drugs(even cocaine) and food for big men, they marry slain queen who can not cook nor do anything than slaying, so if you get those guys off road, you probably sent someone to early grave. And they can't use vehicle for those messages because of its urgency, I received a dispatch message from one in Abuja and I asked him how possible is it for him to navigate the highway and vio will not stop him, he told me the people who send them messages are more powerful than the president so who is VIO, in his box is drug(narcotics) that must be delivered in minutes else someone is dying. Trash! They are getting crushed everyday with their brains scattered all over the high way and you blame the customer? Oh please! |

Start with the councillor who embezzles.money on your street, or your state governor who steals money meant for good roads then your senator who siphons all funds for your constituency projects then focus on the federal and demand accountability.
The problem with you Nigerians is majority of you are frustrated and this bring him down syndrome affects you all.
You will rather attack your fellow struggling citizens riding dispatch than man up and.face your oppressors in government.

Never bring a man down if you can't help him up. These guys are trying to survive in a country that offers them nothing . Where the leaders are a group of greedy corrupt criminals .
You took away okada riding from then now they are surviving as dispatch riders , yet you are complaining again?
What works in Nigeria really? Show me one politician from your president who disobeys court orders to any local government councillor that obeys the laws! So for that, they should not observe traffic rules? They should keep endangering their lives and others because they want to make ends meet? Some of you NLers are very weird aswearugad! |

The publicity is being carried out by opposition. This week alone I can count up to 100 converts . Nairaland should send Bill to BAT Campaign(vice-versa), because out of five threads that make it to front page, Bola Tinubu's name must appear in two. Stop copying and pasting this nonsense all over NL. Thiefnub.u is known worldwide. In America he is a well known drug baron and addict . zed7: Right from my childhood, I always felt uncomfortable when we had visitors and I couldn't wait for them to leave. My room then was always the guest room.
As an adult, I don't allow people stay over for more than a few days and there must be family. I'll rather put my guests in a hotel than for them to stay over at my place. Same way I stay in hotels instead of staying with people when I travel to other towns. It's just the way I am. I use to marvel at folks who'd rather inconvenience families for accommodation instead of paying for a hotel room even when their trips are all expense paid. |

Call out your state governor who embezzle money the FG has been giving to him.
FG isn't your problem, your governor is. All what you wrote pales into insignificance when you consider the end products of these so called achievements. The roads all over Nigeria are a death trap. How come foodstuffs in the market are at an all time high than any time in history? Empowerment that fed school children with billions of naira even when they were at home during covid for months. You don't even want to imagine the rot that goes on at NDSC. Or is it the 10k tradermoni you are hyping about or 772 grass cutting jobs or is it NPower? The problem of the Blackman is that he just talks and rolls out policy with so much fanfare, but will never review performance against objectives with same fanfare because abinitio, it was all politics. |
