This is the same excuse use , why Britain had to join the north and south together. because it was so too much burden on UK .   If you allow Islamic banking it means the north will not be paying taxes , which it has refuse to pay since independent. or pay less. What it means , is that we have to remove the speaker of the house, because he is running a bias idea. if he does not allow state to collect all their taxes. if they refuse, you get kick all of them out of power from the president to speaker and all of them. this is democracy.


To correct this. you allow each state to collect all their taxes. and not the federal govt.
