It is illegal now to execute people all of the world. Nigeria. By the time they put economy sanction on nigeria. Una go stop. Do not execute anybody. It is illegal.

The legal system in Nigeria needs change.

What the government should do is reduce the power of judges in the way they send people to jail.

There should be a guideline to what the maximum and the minimum number of years and month a crime should be. This is what is done abroad.

If someone steal good less than $5000, everybody who steal less than 5000 should go to jail for the same number of month. If some steal more than 1,000,000 . There should be a stardard number of month , he can go to jail. It should not be fix by a judge.

All type of crime should have minimum and maximum stardard and any judge that goes beyoud this limit, loss his licence. This is what they do over here.

No like nigeria , when some have a disagreement with the government or police. They send him to life in prison. This is the reason the jails are full.

With a stardard. Court process would reduce. And everybody would know the number of time they would be in jail.


3 month in prison for N1 to N5,000 worth
6 month in prison for N5000 to 20,000 worth
Kidnapper 24 month in jail.
etc etc. This is how it is done here.

There are also civil law. which are not criminal offense over here. Traffic laws are civil law. You get fines . city law are civil law. You do not need the court system sometime. People pay ticket for this. Property law are civil law.

what the newspaper is trying to do is get Jonathan and david mark impeach.


This is what the igbo newspapers is trying to do. It is just pure ethnics politics. The igbos want the presidency and will do anything.


David is an Idoma , the idoma in the senate have only 1 seat in the senate.
Jonathan is an Ijaw man. The ijaw people have 4 seat in the senate
Bankole is a Yorubaman. The Yoruba people have nearly 1/3 of the senate seat.  enough seat to block impeachment .

The north would support the impreachment of both of them. The only thing  blocking  the vote is in the hands of the yorubas. That the game the newspaper is playing, ethnics politics.

The probabilty of a yorubaman becoming president is higher than an average nigerian or even the president.

So what the newspaper is trying to do, since it is own by an igbo man who is very close to IBB  is trying to  use ethnics politics to get rid of Jonathan and david mark.  Basically the owner of the newspapers knows how nigeria politics works. If jonathan get into trouble with the Yorubas. I can tell you Jonathan would be Impeached. It is pure ethnics politics.

Jonathan and David mark would be gone. That is what the newspaper is playing with.

The north want structural reform. And so is the Yorubas. The Yorubas and the far north have enough senators in both house of the senate and house of assembly to impreach the president and senate president to get what we want. And that is structural reform.  And if they do not get it. they would impreach the president and the senate president. Thier jobs are up from grasp, if there is no structural reform.    The north would not agree to been minority.

Jonathan has the choice to either do it himself or may get removed from power by the military. I do not hate anyone. And I do not want to be emotional about it. It is hard to say, and someone needs to say it. The danger is to hard to over look for individual. Civil war means, that even the military officers children and thier families would be killed.

And the Nigeria military would have to ask themself, which one is better, a civil war or a military action like Orkar that removes the Yorubas,edo,delta and bayelsa into Benin republic.
Jonathan has a choice to make, to either correct the Injustice now and look away. And at the moment , they prefer to look away. And the military can remove the Yorubas,edo,delta and bayelsa into Benin republic. We would save more life. And the military are been paid not to defend Nigeria government or protect the lifes of nigeria government official but to protect the life of nigerian. And thier lifes is in Danger.

So Jonathan can either call the military to be stationed at the border of the following state bayelsa, delta, edo, kogi,kwara,niger and kebbi and declear those state as part of Benin republic or Jonathan would be shock when the military over throw this government very soon. If the government does not take fast action. The Nigeria military would.

It is in Jonathan hands to determine his own destiny. He has a choice to make.
