I use to be in same situation until i found a way to stop it.there is a tool you can use to monitor and disable connection to any app that is eating up your data.one thing i like about the tool is that it also allows me to give any app a size data to use, i can give the app 1 kilo byte just to quench its taste for sucking up my data and the settings will remain so until i decided to increase the data size for it to use.its very effective and that would solve your problem.let me just give a tip.if you are using your data with computer, then you may have somethings running on the background and updating themself without your notice.your data will be reading high when most of the apps are running on the background.with that you will know that something is running and eating up the data.for you to know what is really eating up your data, visit and read this.remove the spaces from the url.
