Good day webmasters, I am having some serious issues with my wordpress site. It takes forever to load a page and I keep receiving INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.
To load my dashboard is serious headache, it could take 5 minutes. I have disable all plug ins and switch to default theme, still no single improvement.

I Used Nigeria hosting and bought the highest plan they have, which is almost 25k.

Please can anyone suggest what could be the problem?
After trying everything possible and not seeing solution, I am beginning to suspect the problem lies with my hosting company

haha. the same issue I had with one of my site with a Nigerian host. don't bother patronizing all this Nigerian host that is advertising their packages on nairaland, even the ones that will sweet talk you on this thread they will all fail you.

that is how one of them which I don't want to mentioned their name suspended the site because of CPU usage. they were suggesting vps plan which roughly would cost me 160k per year to run the site.

I had to run because it was obvious they were taking advantage thinking I was a novice in stuffs like this.

so I ported to expensive foreign shared hosting thinking it will fix the issue but still same and even worse.

I had no choice than to opt for vps which I saw a huge difference between shared host and vps. it was all clear.

the site that is taking forever to display WordPress dashboard become so fast that I had to give up on shared hosting, whether Nigerian or foreign, don't use shared hosting on blogs with traffic going to 1k and above especially Nigerian hosting as they will put you together with 1 million users on one server which causes problem on your site because other website is using the resources with you.

so instead of you to share 4 GB ram vps server with 1 million users, why not use all those ram for your site with vps. trust me you will see the difference is clear.

although there are some steps I took to migrate the site to vps which also made some changes to the performance because I noticed some stuffs were running in the background which was from the formal host. so I had to just import the database and images and did some tweaking.

you can link vcc to any PayPal with any name. that is how I have been using it. it doesnt have to bear your name since its vcc

at least you can state his details such as account number, name, phone number so others can avoid getting scammed by same person when they search him on the internet.

you just dont get my point. the whole prolific thing is already casted doesn't necessary mean survey has stopped. read in between the lines. lots of people are still getting surveys but the prolific registration and approval process of yesterday is not same again. what does that tells you, it means prolific team has upgraded security measures tackle fake accounts being created with VPN which was not so serious before now.

its not worth it. subscribing to expensive Skype number for prolific is not really worth the effort because PayPal is still another dare devil to worry about.

you did not offend anyone. the thing is already casted. so only few are getting lucky. but the major thing they have to worry about is even PayPal, not prolific. PayPal is just waiting for some people to cash out to the payoal account and then slam them

anyway, I have never used Nigerian bank card for foreign PayPal account. I have always used vcc because I cannot start spreading my footprint all over PayPal database when I can run it anonymously with vcc.

the beauty about using vcc is that I don't have to worry about getting caught as I can abandon the account and open another one with another vcc instead of running to get another bank card once the PayPal got limited because you cannot use the same card again after getting limited. but with vcc, it's ahead ahead. no time

This is why lost of folks don't come online to help with their side hustle. Nigerians will sha cast that platform. Doing things right is just a problem. Read extensively and ask questions, NO they would be forming big boy level.

that is because they have detected a pattern that is unusual on their site. lots of Nigerians are trooping in to the site to register fake accounts . so they have to do something about it after noticing the surge in registration with VPN. only few are getting lucky.

prolific is not just the only problem. you should also be devising means of operating PayPal so you won't get caught up in their net as PayPal is waiting for lots of people to cash out their money from survey sites. only few will get lucky because as it is, the rate at which Nigerians are spreading their footprint on prolific and PayPal is alarming

check your bank statement.
next time don't associate PayPal with your personal details especially when operating foreign PayPal. its best used with anonymity and also virtual card to verify instead of your bank card.

all you need is vcc to verify the PayPal. just use virtual card with anonymous name to operate the PayPal. that is how I operate mine.

lots of people are going to get caught when and they realize it, all their survey money will be gone when PayPal strike. some use VPN to operate and use Nigerian IP at the same time to operate the same PayPal.

blogging is not as easy as many thought. lots of people feels seo is also as easy. the same thing you think you know, other people also knows it. now a days lots of people go into blogging for the sole aim of earning with AdSense. that is just one of the issue lots of bloggers are having.

you can't except the card is not linked to any pp account. try vcc

there are some dynamic website you can't use WordPress to build. you can only use WordPress to setup the blog or home page aspect of the site. but the actual tasking aspect of the site will need to be built with custom made script where you can give the developers your specifications and features you want.

buying AdSense without a domain attached to it will still be a waste because your new site will have to undergo another approval process to be fully active.

any site you add to the AdSense account will be provisioned for approval process. so no need.

my advice would be to publish non plagiarized contents for some months , especially technology post. then you apply.
