Make ticket cut pain me pass make my wife leave me. I played a game in February or so, 8GBP to win 16,000pounds, about 21games. Two games (Derby County and one other) spoilt it. The game was majorly Ov1.5 with few Ov2.5, English championship & Premier League. Derby County and the other team had 1 goal each in that match, and both games were on at the same time, they refused to score 1 goal each till the last minute in that game. Omor, I won craze. I no fit eat for days. I managed to cashback 100GBP on the ticket tho but, the pain was madt. I still think about it up till now when I check the screenshot of the game. Couldn't repeat that feat up till the season ended |

The shirt Diego Maradona wore during the 1986 World Cup quarterfinal against England -- the match in which he scored the 'Hand of God' and the 'Goal of the Century' -- is estimated to fetch more than £4 million ($5.25 million) at auction. The iconic blue jersey has been in the possession of former England midfielder Steve Hodge, who exchanged shirts with Maradona after Argentina's 2-0 victory. During the game, Hodge unintentionally flicked the ball into the air for Maradona to score the infamous 'Hand of God' goal. "The Hand of God is truly a singular moment not only in the history of sports, but in the history of the 20th century," said Brahm Wachter, Head of Streetwear and Modern Collectables at Sotheby's, the auction house where the shirt is set to be sold. "The moment resonated far beyond the world of football, coming soon after the Falklands conflict, and has in turn inspired books, films, and documentaries. Maradona is now remembered as one of the greatest to ever play the game of football -- and this particular game is an instrumental part of his legacy. "Of course, not only was 'The Hand of God' goal scored in this game, but also, the 'Goal of the Century' which is widely considered to be one of the greatest individual goals of all time," Wachter added.

I have been worried about comments, from virtually everyone, regarding this ongoing protest , which is I AM PROUD OF THIS GENERATION . Does it mean people have forgotten entirely the struggles of the past generation in trying to make this country work, even though they failed in most aspects and succeeded with few. Even people that witnessed those struggles, are dispelling the truth or, maybe they have forgotten so quick. I believe the only opportunity this generation has is the internet and social media, which wasn't available back then. In terms of courage, the older generations were fearless as well and they tried their best. Dont be quick to write off all their struggles and sacrifices because people actually sacrificed their lives for this country. I just feel we should just learn from their mistakes and seek guidance on how to succeed with this protest. It takes commitment of successive generations to make a country great. God bless Nigeria #Endsars #Endbadgovernance #ReformNigeria |

OP is a liar... the land fulani took was ilorin, and we all know her history. About ashipa and Alaafin's land case, it's just too blasphemous for you to say one ashipa was the original landlord of Oyo and the Alaafin is the tenant ( isokuso ). The land battle in court was as a result of lands sold by either party without consulting either party. The ashipa post is highly revered, more like second in command to the king. Only God knows what happened that resulted in his death. So stop spewing rubbish up and down |
Sultan Qaboos, the longest-reigning leader of the modern Arab world, has died at the age of 79, the royal court said Saturday, January 11. "With great sorrow and deep sadness... the royal court mourns His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, who passed away on Friday," the court said in a statement. Qaboos, who has ruled Oman since 1970 had been ill for some time. He left no apparent heir. He was unmarried and had no children or brothers. It is not clear who will succeed Qaboos, whose country has a distinct method of choosing the next ruler. According to the Omani constitution, the royal family shall, within three days of the throne falling vacant, determine the successor. If the family does not agree on a name, the person chosen by Qaboos in a letter addressed to the royal family will be the successor. The sultan should be a member of the royal family, as well as "Muslim, mature, rational and the legitimate son of Omani Muslim parents". Local experts say that more than 80 men meet the criteria, but one name stands: Asad bin Tariq. Tariq, 65, had been appointed deputy prime minister for international relations and cooperation affairs in 2017. The move was seen as a clear message of support to the sultan's cousin and "special representative" since 2002. Qaboos transformed the country from a backwater into a modern state while pursuing a moderate but active foreign policy. It remains to be seen whether the next ruler will take the same moderate approach in a region often in turmoil. USA is definitely breaching the UN agreement. Why would you want the victim out of the UN security meeting? You dont want them to talk? US doesn't want he truth out |
The United States has denied a visa to Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif that would have allowed him to attend a UN Security Council meeting in New York on Thursday, a US official said. Monday's comments by the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, came as tensions escalate between the two countries after the US killed Iran's most prominent military commander, Qassem Soleimani, in Baghdad on Friday. US imposes sanctions on Iranian Minister Javad Zarif Under the 1947 UN "headquarters agreement," the US is generally required to allow access to the UN for foreign diplomats. But Washington says it can deny visas for "security, terrorism and foreign policy" reasons. The US State Department declined to comment immediately. Iran's mission to the UN said: "We have seen the media reports, but we have not received any official communication from either the US or the UN regarding Foreign Minister Zarif's visa." UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric declined to comment on the apparent visa denial. Zarif wanted to attend a meeting of the Security Council on Thursday on the topic of upholding the UN Charter. The meeting and Zarif's travel had been planned before the escalation in tensions between Washington and Tehran. The Security Council meeting would have given Zarif a global spotlight to publicly criticise the US for killing Soleimani. Iran's ambassador to the UN, Majid Takht Ravanchi, has described the killing of Soleimani as "an obvious example of state terrorism and, as a criminal act, constitutes a gross violation of the fundamental principles of international law, including, in particular ... the Charter of the United Nations." Zarif last travelled to New York in September for the annual gathering of world leaders at the UN - after the US sanctioned him for implementing "the reckless agenda of Iran's Supreme Leader." Zarif - Rouhani The last time Zarif was at the UN was in September when he accompanied President Hassan Rouhani to the 74th General Assembly meeting [File: Justine Lane/EPA] The sanctions block any property or interests Zarif has in the US, but he says he has none. Zarif also attended UN meetings in April and July. During his July visit, Washington imposed tight travel restrictions on Zarif and diplomats at Iran's mission to the UN, confining them to a small section of New York City. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres spoke to US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo earlier on Monday. State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus said in a statement the pair discussed events in the Middle East and that Pompeo "expressed his appreciation" for Guterres' diplomatic efforts.
