Exactly! Most times, we are responsible for our road woes. When you know the road is bad,you have absolutely no reason to speed and good road or not, you have have no business with reckless driving. We have the worst driving etiquette in the world in my opinion.

I don't understand how illogical some people can be. Why should Buhari be swayed by this, even I, am not swayed. Learn to read between the lines. There is obviously more than meets the eye here.
