Let's also say he doesn't pull up to five...but he pulls 2 or 3 from them them, to his two before, that gives him 8 million, and the others have around ten/nine million.

Now, there are 98 million registered voters in total, and about 60 percent of them have never voted.

Judge in your mind, who are the people who have never voted in the history of Nigeria going to vote for this time around? (Because so many people are dusting up the PVCs and are killing their erstwhile political apathy right now as we 'type').
