Tinubu coming from a scandalous election was a big red flag but if he shunned junking around at the initial time and start down to hunt those sponsors, even if he didn't get them. Investors would have flooded Nigeria because they would believe he wasn't part of the terror group.

Allow a competent leader take over, you'd not allow that. There are much older refineries in the west that are still functional due to proper maintaining and accountability. Amazingly, they would refine and sell petrol to us. Nigerian government's maintenance culture is -1%
