Unless the pilots were engaged in a full contact fist fight, it is unlikely that any passenger would be able to hear what is being said behind that closed cockpit door, ESPECIALLY with the phucking engines spooling up.

The police officers still battled to keep her alive and to ensure she does not die from the gunshot. They even refused to shoot her at a close range when they earlier had the opportunity to have done that. We even watched the video of how the scenario played out. Then imagine the whole country nearly coming to a standstill because of an incident where no one died. Need I say what would have happened if this had happened in my beloved country called Nigeria.

CFCfan: Well, the lawmakers share most of the blame. The US House of Representatives, which is controlled by the Republicans, refused to authorize any appropriations bill that would fund the Affordable Care Act a.k.a 'Obamacare'. The House passed 3 spending bills which specifically called for the defunding of 'Obamacare'.
On the other hand, Obama and Senate Democrats made it clear that any of such appropriations bill passed by the House would be rejected by the Senate. The result is that the US Congress ended up not passing a harmonised appropriations bill, hence the govt shutdown.
