Not advisable as you should start applying from at least 3 months before your resumption. Even if you get the visa which I really doubt, the border guards will send you back to Nigeria or you'll need to hire an immigration lawyer. Nevertheless, it's going to be a long process. So just pay for your fees and sort out your studies and start calling the embassy by June/July

to finalise your acceptance procedure we require an official confirmation from your previous study institution to confirm your obtained degree.
Confirmation has to be sent from your previous university by email to studies@vdu.lt
The deadline to present confirmation is 21st of December.
