1) This is not the time of holding onto an offer while waiting for another o..as Jan window is gradually closing

2) My advice is you should have started counting the moment Coventry sent their offer ..it's not too late start now

3) Sure he can pay it's even faster

4) Start now there is no time
You should have your TB test results already sef
December can be a very unserious month..that leaves you with limited time

Thanks bro. I really appreciate

Good evening house.

Pls I need advice and opinion

I got an offer from Coventry University for a January start date but I’m still waiting for London Metropolitan because of cheaper tuition though I applied for LMU even before Coventry. Now the issues are:

1. It’s almost a month now since I applied to LMU without response though typically their response should have been around10-15 days as stated on their website. Should I be worried?

2. Can I fund my account while waiting so the 28 days can continue reading even before I pay deposit to apply for CAS?

3. My elder brother is in London, can he pay my deposit in pounds over there or do I need to pay from my own account?

4. I hope time is not against me to go through all the processes of CAS and Visa application for the January start date.

Thanks in anticipation of a response.

Oggg:

U dnt need travel history to get student visa for masters to UK. Just have ur complete money. Even if you have refusals from all the countries, they will take you in the UK because they are lookin for international students to bring in their money to UK now and there is admissible post study visa for 2 years after u graduate.
Check the student thread for more info.

When people outside Nigeria give you guys advice, you will yab us. When we don't give advice, you will say Nigerian guys outside Nigeria are selfish.

Well, my own good advice is
There are cheap 2-3days conference ranging from 150-500 dollars.
Check Tunisia,( it's take 3-4working days to get your visa)
Egypt ( I think 14working days to get your visa) or south africa requirements.
Make sure you communicate with the conference organizer and the hotel people before you submit your visa application.

For me I suggest Egypt for you.
My flight from Egypt to Greece was just about an hour.
European countries see Egypt as part of them. That's is why you can find any European embassy in Egypt.
And that's why Canada and uk see them that way.

But they see dubai as a place anyone can enter anytime,
Best of luck though.
Oh I forget, Download your Egypt air app and book your flight. It's very cheap. There is a nice hotel in Cairo which I can direct you to. Omo the hotel na heaven on earth grin
God bless you a lot

Oga go disflower or whatever you call it with Egypt, tunisia or south africa visa. Apply for 3 days conference or seminar, book hotel via booking.com, get your conference ticket or confirmation and submit it for your visa application. Canada and USA no one even use eye see dubai. Places like those african countries I mentioned about have many reputation than dubai when it comes to issuing visa by Canada, UK and USA
Wow
Getting to know this for the first time. Just wow.

Good day great people,
I’ve been following this thread for the past few days although I couldn’t cover all the pages but I must confess that you guys have been really helpful and great taking out time from your busy schedule to help out others. May the good Lord bless you all.
I also need help. Although I’ve read and understood much from what has been discussed already but I still need clarifications and advice on some issues to be on a safe side.
I intend to find my way to the UK or Canada next year by God’s Grace. I want to go for my masters in either of the two countries although I have a masters here in Nigeria. I don’t have a travel history so I intend to take a trip to the UAE just stain the passport with a stamp of a nice country.
So I need advice on the following

1. Is the UAE a good country to go deflower your passport? Are there better alternatives?
2. I don’t intend to work, just wanna visit and deflower my passport. I intend to stay for between a month or two. What kind of visa should I go for?
3. Can I do the visa processing by myself or should I just find a good agent?
4. Agent or not, how much will a UAE visa processing cost on average ?
5. How much should I envisage fit the total package- visa processing, flight ticket, cost of living there for a month or two ?
6. What documents should I get ready and what’s the duration for the processing?

I’ll greatly appreciate any help at answering this questions. Thanks and God bless
