Guys Please Advise me,
My husband applied for student visa for me and his sister separately. Mine got denied, his sister's own got approved today. He wants to reapply for me though, but the reason mine got denied was due to insufficient funds... I told him to wait before spending money and reapply for me so the money does not reduce too much but he said flight is getting expensive everyday. He just booked flight for his sister, paid for her accommodation. Sincerely I am happy for his sister but sad that the money he's supposed to use for my proof of funds is reducing,,, how do I explain this without them thinking I am not happy for the sister?

Also can I use same PAL to apply again or I need to request another from the school?

I just had a similar experience. What I did:

1. Used a webform to upload the new passport just for records sake
2. Sent both passports (bound them, last page of new one and first page of old one by rubber band)

Got my passport back today with visa expiry to new one

just send the new passport so far it the same information, ircc will see the previous one already expire but when did your sister applied or she applied visa with an expire passport or how??

My sister just Recieved a PP request but her son’s 0passport expires in December 2024. A new passport has been done.
My question is do we send the new and old passport for stamping or inform IRCC first about the new passport.

How old is the applicant? Is he/she claiming to be working? If yes, just have some reasonable amount to show. Although since you have a sponsor it might not really matter. But if the applicant is advanced in age, just show responsibility. Hope this helps a bit?

Please I need advice and assistance as regards this issue on behalf of my sister.
My sister applied for the Uk student visa after 2weeks of enrolling for Biometrics , She was invited for an interview after the interview she was sent a follow-up email requesting for additional documents as regards her finances.

The issue is she has a spouse that lives in the Uk on a permanent visa which she also mentioned in her application. Her spouse made a deposit towards her tuition fee and also fund her account for the POF . But as you know only the parent can stand as a sponsor that's why the spouse was not declared as the main sponsor.

She already stated in her application that our mother will be her sponsor, she included her birth certificate that carry our Mother's name and a written letter as well from our mother.

Please house kindly advise on the best way to resolve this issue because she was given 10 days to submit the evidences.
I attached a copy below of the email sent to her after the interview. Thank you all for all what you have been doing on this forum.🤲
