As long as your passport is valid, nobody will place any court document of identification above your passport in the international sphere. Do not argue what you do not know.

The name on his passport is his identity and passport supersedes any other form of identification in the global space. He'd have to bear that name on his passport and get affidavit for other documents with a different last name.

Good day guys, please i will like to confirm if myself and kids can use same POF which is my my wife's name once her VISA is out, the account has enough money that cover 4 of us, below is the break down:

Balance of her School fees is £4,500
living expenses £9207
Dependent living Expenses 6500*3 £ 19500

Total : £33,207 using oanda rate of 563 total in naira is 18,698,400 but we have like 21M plus in the account incase of fluctuations.....

based on the above can myself and the kids use same POF to apply once her Visa is out.

There are two ways you can do this:
(1) If you dont want to bet with the full amount you've deposited, place a bet with part of it such that the winning will be equal or greater than the amount you deposited. Then you can use the winning to place another bet before you withdraw. For example, you deposited 10,000 bet you dont want to bet the whole amount at once. You can place a bet of #4000 at odd of 2.5 . If it win you will have 10,000 that you can use to place a bet on any odd then you can withdraw
(2) Use the full amount deposited to place a bet at any odd greater than 1.1 then you will be able to withdraw if it wins

Correct. But The LPC option applies only to those with a UK LLB or GDL Degree. But in any case, it’s phased out now - and replaced with the SQE 1 & 2.
