Yesterday was a tough day for me but as a full blooded naija man exposed to hard life from childhood, I immediately found a solution for the problem.

Let me make it brief.

While I'm working hard so to get a job and beat poverty, I'm also praying fervently for God's mercy in my life because a single fame from Him can bury all the years of shame.

I'm seriously in need of a job and so I applied for a vacancy I was in the know. I was called for interview yesterday. The transport fare wasn't even enough but I managed to gather what could take me to and fro. Dressed in corporate, I went. All I had with me was N800 including my feeding. So I spent N400 for food, paid tfare N200 to get to the venue and N200 left for my fro. How the remaining N200 lost in my pocket, I can't tell till now. Can't even tell if a fellow applicant pilfered me.

After the interview, that was when I realized I was without a penny. I searched everything to find the missing N200 but to no avail. I almost cried because of how important the money was (pray against every spirit of poverty). Having not seen,

I approached the first two guys for help but they shunned me. Naturally I don't like begging. I prefer to die in silence than begging openly cos I feel very bad if turned down. After the first two guys snubbed me, as a true Nigerian and full blooded 'kpako', and sportive in appearance, something struck me. Immediately, I folded my trouser upward and to add comic to it, I left the tie still on my neck and in no time, I was on the road jogging and heading back home at around 2-3 pm with my file in my hands.

People were looking and in surprise over the unusual jogging dress. That was how I jogged on major roads and short cuts till I reached house. I can't really quantify the total distance but it is something over 10km. As I reached house, I freshened up immediately even though nothing to eat, I found Garri and sipped. Life goes on!

My prayer: may I make it in this life, Amen.

People, in all you do, work hard and pray against poverty. It is not something to wish even your worst enemy.

Meanwhile, the interview ended on 'we'll get back to you". I'm still waiting for them.

I am trying to book TB test appointment on IOM portal. There are no available dates this year for both Lagos & Abuja MHACs. The challenge here is that i live in Port Harcourt and can't just gate crash without a confirmed appointment or being assured that i will be attended to if i choose to travel down to Abuja without an appointment. How do i go about this guys? kindly advise me.

I just got this informative link here. I have an offer already outside London & would be paying my fee this coming week. I have a few qtns to be answered PLEASE:
1. What exchange rate do I use to calculate the naira equivalent of POF (CBN rate or aboki rate)
2. I wish to apply with my pregnant wife and she will be due for delivery in less than 3months to the start of my program.
2(a)Will the pregnancy not affect her visa?
2(b)How much do I need as POF for her being pregnant?
2(c) how much will I pay for her IHS.
2(d) will I pay IHS for my child on arrival?
2(e) Will we be allowed to stay in a single room shared apartment till she gives birth?
2(f)Can both of us use PRIORITY visa application?

Only the school you want to apply to can answer this question, send email to them about requirements for the course of your interest.

You can’t open a corporate account with your personal name that doesn’t have any addition or subtraction. I mean you can’t have a business account with Adeola chukwuma Samuel. It will be more like Adeola chukwyma enterprises or Adeola and Samuel and co at the very least. If she uses that account, na refusal.

Please a quick one, I'm married, changed to my husband's name in my international passport, but applied for Masters using my previous (father's) name. Would that be a problem when I want to apply for my visa? Did that because I didn't see anywhere to upload my marriage certificate and other backing documents. Please !!!!! Please help me out. I just received my CAS from university of aberdeen .They only requested POF and was issued with both conditional offer letter and my CAS .They didn't request I pay any deposit can I proceed with visa application .any body with such expirence. Am.only to pay 8000 pounds at enrolment

August 16th - November 12, I haven’t gotten my passport back, can’t even explain how much damage this has done to my business, despite telling me a decision has been made. It is really unfair and inhumane at this point.

Her dad runs a corporate account (still carries their surname) and POF is reap in that account and her dad is insisting on her applying with it like that immediately saying it's not a company account, that it's just a corporate account for his company and ties can be proven if need be. Can it work please?

Is university of law a licenced school ? It’s not on the list of licensed school on UKI , I saw Oxford and Cambridge and some others

Is London Bloomsbury still London ?
You know they also have campus in Berlin Germany for some course
