Excellent post Newbie marketers should take heed who have real desire to growing an online business. What I have found is that what newbie affiliate marketers lack is continuity and consistency, doing something to grow their businesses every day seems to be difficult for some. |
In reality your in a better situation because you have the .com extension so any marketing they do may end up benefiting you that's probably why they are really contacting you. Like one of our esteemed Nairalander just mentioned you have broken no law, they are at your mercy |
In reality every proper programming language can do what ever you want to do provided you have the coding ability however some programming languages are just better at dong then others Let me make a case for PHP 5 its very versatile you can use it to manipulate databases, transference of information and its embeds seamlessly into website code It is very security conscious and it has been enjoying meteoric rise in popularity because of its versatility |
Style your signature the way you want in a post then cut and paste the end results into your signature |
Also remember that the vendours you are paying may have their own charges for transactions made to their platforms too |
Excellent posts Its about time people start looking at that the positives of their homeland than continuously criticizing it and being part of the problems and not the solution. |

I wish you much more success in your business But I think it wouldn't be fair to tell newbies that their is little work, because true success takes dedication in any business on or offline, something most don't have that's why they look for get rich quick schemes that don't exist. |
As per usual excellent post Mr Adesiji77 There are online businesses anyone can start where you don't have to leave your current job, they can be done in your spare time, with minimal to no investment but they do require commitment to growing them are not a strain on your time and budget like most offline start up bricks and mortar businesses tend to be. Do you have a website? Can I order books you don't have? ayandee: |
In order to be a good blogger one of the things you need is to be able to add value. Your content must enhance your readers lives somehow, if it doesn't you will not make money. Have knowledge and passion on something that will be of use to others, you don't have to be the most knowledgeable expert but you must know enough about a subject to be of use to your readership. You do need to treat your blog like a business not a hobby. if you treat it like a hobby you will see hobby money (or none at all). |
What do you mean set up links?? I visited your site, its uncluttered tidy and very user friendly especially for newbies..cool. Do you have resell rights to the eBooks on your site? You will short change your online money making objectives if you only offer PayPal as a payment option. There are many Nigerian who don't have or refuse to use PayPal. As a rule the more payment solutions on your website the better for your business in general. Verve InterSwitch QuickTeller External payment solutions that except Nigerians and many of them will even allow us to attach our accounts: Payoneer PerfectMoney Payza SolidTrustPay PaySpree Ben Ajose |
Studies like these are usually done on a few individuals who were not in good shape to start off with - sorry I totally disagree too. Encouraging people to drink less is not a good idea and when you make unhelpful posts like these that's what it will do to the innocent |
Thumbs up to your post MuhdG ![]() |
Excellent post more4rm9ja Guess too many of our wannabe bloggers are unfortunately living in denial. Hoping some how money will fall into their accounts like manna from heaven...here's to hoping! The problem is too many marketers harmfully peddle the concept of free and easy money on the internet so newbies come online with the wrong mindset to start with. Ben Ajose |
Affiliate marketing Join an reputable affiliate program (like the one in my signature link) and select a niche that relates well with your readership, then pick 5 products that are so good that you would promote tem even if you were not going to get paid Do reviews discuss related topics, no hard selling, hare selling is a turn off, let your potential customers come to you, or make them an offer via a lead capture page Ben Ajose Godwin999: |

Like your POOR acronym. Not sure about your ambitious return on investment claims though Talk am 4 forum now Clementoke: |
I disagree These problems you mentioned concerning social media are due to lack of focus and not the platform per se For example if you are a business owner there should only be 2 types of people you engage; those who buy your stuff and those who love your content . The problems that you mentioned are based on an individuals lack of direction which could be a problem on or offline Social media is a great way to grow business connections without leaving your home; Like LinkedIn for example But time does need to be managed wisely if you don't have objectives on social media then you could unwittingly be wasting doing unnecessary things just like if you were offline too. Great post! Most people don't realize that they subconsciously sabotage their own chances of success by what they tell themselves on a daily bases. The human brain is very impressionable, be careful what you feed it. The higher up the success food chain you go the more positively people talk and think. There has been substantial literature over the last 100 years on this especially 'self concept' I have always believed that poverty is more a state of mind than a state of money. Research, economic and social sciences has now proven that to be true. Many unsuccessful people will argue that successful people can talk positively to themselves because they are successful, but I'd argue that its because they talk positively to themselves that is what helped make them a success in the first place. Like what has been said multiple times in many success psychology books written by multi millionaire authors like Brian Tracy, Jack Zufelt, Tony Robin etc "change your thinking and you can changing your life!" Stay blessed ![]() Ben Ajose |
