Webmasters / Re: Share Your SEO Experience by Ben1975(m): 2:58pm On Jul 08, 2015 |
Hi cheavroi Yes I have been using SEO consistently for a while now. I first started using a popular service in the states called SubmitExpress, then I moved on to another company called WebSquash What I suggest to newbies is that you need to read about SEO, it wont kill you but improving the attractiveness of your website to search engines can be an on going process, People (bloggers) in your field of business try sending them an email requesting that they do reciprocal linking with you, make sure those sites get a decent amount of traffic and that they are relevant to your sites offerings Learn keyword research, in actual fact is finding niche keyword phrases to drive more traffic to your site - very important but persist until you get their. Check your site stats, what keywords are bring you hits? Use them more often around your site (not too often or you could be done for SPAMMING) and the ones that are not get rid of them and start the process again. If you want mad traffic you have to put in some effort...sorry. I also suggest to newbies to employ if they can afford it a SEO package that will get you off in the right direction and you will learn loads. A traffic service I like is: Traffic Travis dot com. But remember well researched SEO article content is king - focus on creating content that your readers really want to read and that adds value to their lives, it takes a little practise but is well worth it the end. Then you will find that search engines will start loving your site too automatically. Ben Ajose 7 Likes |
Webmasters / Re: Please Help Me (blog) by Ben1975(m): 2:31pm On Jul 08, 2015 |
Google is determined to penalize bloggers who operate that way and their programmes are getting better and better at sniffing out auto content blog sites. Its only a matter of time before the catch them, not if but when. Just letting you know Content that is not created manually with research will never have the same appeal as the real deal. You want to engage your readers so that they become regular visitors and trust your opinions enough to patronize the affiliate programs on your site right? How can that be done successfully on autopilot. How will your robots interact with interested parties? Not by auto blogging will that be done successfully if it were really that easy wouldn't everybody be doing it by now?? |

Webmasters / Re: Why You Should Change From ..com To Yourname.com by Ben1975(m): 12:18am On Jul 08, 2015 |
Hi damiloladuke I totally agree with you Too many newbies don't realize that it doesn't look good to be on a free blog domain people wont take them seriously, insisting that when they make some cash they will upgrade. The things is though too many newbies are not serious enough about their blogging objectives anyway. They don't want to treat their blog like a business just like a part time hobby. But if you want to treat your blog like a part time hobby then they cannot be disappointed when they get part time hobby money from that blog (or less). Ben Ajose 4 Likes |

Hi samuel19222 Any successful blogger will tell you that trying to put a blog on autopilot is the worst way to generate money from it. You need to treat your blog like a business. It wont kill you it will enhance you. Take the time to become an expert on your subject, do your research, find affiliate programs that sell things that compliment your blogs subject matter but most imporantly give it (and yourself) time to develop and grow. You wont make a success, or lots of money from a blog that is running on autopilot - do your homework |
Webmasters / Re: How Do I Receive Money Through Paypal? by Ben1975(m): 11:00am On Jul 07, 2015 |
I thoroughly agree with Jboyossai. If you do choose to get payments from PayPal via the back door it would just give them the opportunity to hold you financially hostage when you have money flowing into their accounts because they will be well aware you didn't get that payment legitimately so you have no legal course for redress. The can freeze your account making bogus claims that strange activities were going on in your account. just to mention one of a few tricks they have up their sleeve. They did that to me years ago I used to use my PayPal account frequently when I was abroad. But as soon as i got back to Nigeria they made bogus claims of account impropriety even though the account was empty and had been empty for months. When I called them up on the phone to query what they had done their phone representative gave off the vibe like he couldn't care less and that this was my problem and nobody else s. I know it sounds a little harsh but find alternatives there a plenty out there, and at the very end of the day if you have affiliate programs on your site you can receive checks in the post or money transfer. Not having a PayPal account does not mean the end of the world - after all I do business on the net without a PayPal account and I have been on the internet for 2 decades. Jboyossai: 2 Likes |

Use another e pay solution like Payoneer dot com or Payza dot com Nigeria isn't the most fraudulent country in the world, countries that PayPal are allowing to receive money are higher on the fraudulent crimes list than we are (study done by Forbes) PayPal's unethical business objectives are deliberately damaging to us and we need to say that we must boycott them until they allow us to receive. Webmasters / Re: #webmasters / #affiliates / #freelancers /#payoneer by Ben1975(m): 7:29am On Jul 04, 2015 |
Interestingly Nigeria isn't even the most fraudulent country in the world like some would like you to believe. The countries that claim we are have a much higher rate of fraudulent crime than we do. We are not even in the top ten. We come 20th in the list in a study conducted by Forbes. Catalyst007: |
Webmasters / Re: #webmasters / #affiliates / #freelancers /#payoneer by Ben1975(m): 10:51pm On Jul 03, 2015 |
Payoneer is a great PayPal alternative. PayPal's unethical business practices against Nigeria are damaging economically. I would advocate that people use e payment solutions like Payoneer instead. PayPal wants to stop us from making money from them while they are making money from us. 1 Like 1 Share |

I used to by from Amazon all the time when I was doing my A Levels in a foreign land. Back then I would used my PayPal to pay for books and all kinds of stuff. Amazon is a different critter now. I will not use Paypal any more because I am now in Nigeria and PayPals unethical treatment of Nigeria is damaging to our growth. Until Paypal allows Nigerians to receive money I will not touch them. |

Most of the game coders I have come across are lovers of Java. I don't code any more as you can tell by my signature I am an online marketer, it pays me. Coding can make you alot of money but you need to spend time getting good at it My coding was based on website design so as you can tell PHP and JavaScript was where I was at Jetjacky: 1 Like |
