not necessarily. Coz even the type C ports differ. The kind on Type C port on flagships is not the same as that on the cheap phones. In fact in some cases the micro USB can give you faster charging depending on how the manufacturer designs the charging system. Data transfer rate also depends greatly on the type of storage chips used, not just the usb port.

I know about the charging system design and I also know that data transfer rates can be affected by the type of storage but in general, the USB type C is an upgrade. It surpasses the micro USB when placed on the same parameters

I use the Nokia 5.1 plus and here's my thought on the 3 phones:
Nokia 5.1 uses MediaTek helio p60 is the fastest processor among these phones. It have an average display quality (720p HD+ 287ppi) just like the Nokia 4.2. But the Umidigi A7 pro has a more better display (FHD+ 1080×2340 pixels 403 PPI density) than them all.
Speaking of build quality, I'll say all are on the same page. No USB type C on the Nokia 4.2

Because I've used just the Nokia 5.1 plus, I can't give a proper comparison but I can say that it's fast and can handle moderate demanding apps than the rest phones listed above. Good cameras but can't support GCAM unless you root and enable the camera API. No front flash and notification led. Battery life (3,060 mAh) was shocking, it lasted a full day though on a moderate usage (flipping between moderate games and the internet). There's USB type C which is awesome. Great viewing angles. Good speakers too and a hybrid SIM tray.

The phone is sleek. Good build quality, the processor runs smoothly and opens apps fast, average cameras though can actually take really good pictures in a lighted environment, average display but really great viewing angles, battery can last one full day, smooth and clean UI, good sound quality, USB type C and upgradable to android 10
Infact the phone is worth its money

With the release of the iOS 14, I was happy and angry at the same time.
Happy that maybe, if I decide to make a switch, I won't miss out on some functionalities like picture-in-picture, widgets, etc but I don't think there is split screen.
Angry that they are coming late with such functionalities that have been around for a long time and still giving it a new name as if it's one new tech like wtf

Apple is highly respected so even if they come last on certain technological innovations, they always make their buyers feel like they are working to give them a very steady tech rather than rush into market like the android guys do.

Whenever they launch their "old tech" I believe there will still be buyers for them. That's the power of marketing and customer support

I believe that iOS is a one good UI to use because of its sleemless integration with hardware and UI design and animation but it still doesn't come close to the functionalities of android.

In my opinion, iPhone sell because they have a very good target market. Their marketing strategy is great and ecosystem is a prison
