I bought 40 bags of cement at umuahia, abia state at the cost of N1,600. Anybody building in the south east should consider buying from umuahia or Aba.
I am using it for sculpture work in my eight bedroom duplex. the contractor charged me N180k for all sculpture work in the house, which includes the arches, some pillars and window hoods and angle clips- everything.
I am not a big fan of angle clips, i am considering changing it to a flat pillar base on the sides instead of the angle clips.

The first design is much better, except that you will have to change the roofing design to what is contemporary, The pent house is good , but it has to be made invisible from the front elevation. relocate the balconies of the pent house to the rear elevations. you already have a balcony in the front elevation, which i think is good enough.
The second house is shapeless and outdated, i have no contribution to make on that plan.
But all the same , do not be afraid to start, and i wish you the best of luck.

My contractor is charging me N180,000 for the casting design , which includes about 44 windows,some arches few pillars. And to decorate the entire duplex of eight bedrooms, front elevation glazed with glass. Please i will need an idea on the cost of these casting designs.
