BusinessRe: How Can I Invest My 100k This January? by bennynaza(m): 5:53pm On Jan 03, 2016
Put it in the bank or somewhere safe and let it "marinade" at least till February.
The Economy is so bad that nobody will have the Money to buy whatever Goods and Services you can provide with 100k. So you might end up wasting your Capital.

Give it time, hopefully the economic dust settles or you may be able to add to your capital by then. Goodluck.

Taaa! All of themhuh I guess you mistakenly type * All* instead of * Some* right?

As for me, I have never and will never depend on a man's money, After all I have two good hands and legs, So what stops me from working and getting my own money?

And what a man can do, A woman can do better, What stops me from surprising my man with gifts, cooking for him with my money and recharging his fone?

I believe they are some ladies like me out there too.......

2 questions pls,

1, if i invest 300k in your business, how much return can i get after 90 days.

2, can i set up this business with half a million (500K)

i have enough land in Enugu
It will be difficult in enugu, considering the paucity of palm over there. Unless you have enough haulage mobility to move the fruits from other locations.

As touching ur first question, it won't be nice to publicly discuss that. Y not call me on 08068021774. Thanks

Information is what you lack. Visit any BOI near you and make inquires. BOI is financing manufacturing businesses. As a banker i've realised over time that there's a lot of schemes out there that many Nigerians can benefit from but are not aware off thanks no proper sensitization of the masses
pls what is BOI and how do I reach them?

These are pictures from my small but promising Palm Oil and Kernel Mill. I sort of inherited the mill from my father (still alive but unwell) and have decent years of experience working and now running the business.
The business is highly profitable and is guaranteed to be even more lucrative if reasonable capital is invested in it. And I am looking to get such help from government or any private investor(s).

My family plantation is wasting away because the welders around are constructing machinery that become defunct after three month of commissioning.

I will be grateful if I can get in touch with an experience welder probably the man that constructed yours.

Thanks

OP this is your best option. I have done this for a company (bigger than yours) and the fact is that a consultant will have to look at all aspects of your business and advise you on what to do in order to make yourself attractive to the bank and potential private investors. i also write the proposal and get you other people ypu need. I would have done it for you but I'm not settled till next 2 weeks.
I will be grateful if you call me. 08068021774

how do I contact you?
AgricultureRe: A Nairalanders Palm Oil Mill by bennynaza(op):
Its a simple process. Though tedious, it is rewarding.
You will need the following.
* A big pot. Size has to be moderate for easy boiling of the palm.
* An 8 or 6 horse power Diesel Engine (lister). Depending on the size of ur Digester.
* A Digester.., usually a local fabrication with very thick cast iron. This is wat mashes the palm.
* An Oil Presser. Either hydraulic or "aeroplane turner". I have both. The hydraulic is the one that has my face in the pic.
* A fibre separator. I don't have this yet. But it is a luxury though. Cos i devised a means of using the digester to separate fibre from the kernel.
* Another Pot to boil and sterilize the oil. Not everybody does this. But it removes traces of water from the oil, thus making it an edible standard.
* A Kernel Cracker. That's if you also want to delve into that. But it is a different dept altogether. I also own it. It is that long cylindrical "contraption". Very efficient though.

All of these can be fabricated by a local engineer (welder). But you need expert guidance to avoid sub standard machinery. There are some other things my mill is still lacking which enhance productivity and consequent profits. That's why I need financial support.

A full pot of palm like the one in the pics yields a drum of oil (200 litres).

Pls contact me on 08068021774 if you have a proposal. Thanks for all the contributions (positive or negative).
